That's a very good first month!!! I sold on eBay and Mercari first then, started Poshmark and Kidizen. I quit Kidizen after almost 2 years cuz nothing was selling; maybe did 6 sales the entire time. I started selling on Depop 6 months ago and it started to do better than Mercari. In the past 2 months, Mercari has done better than Poshmark, surprisingly. eBay is always my highest sales. My 90 day total is now up to almost $3500. It comes down to how active you continue to be in the apps and continuing to list regularly. I agree that it's a lot of work but I enjoy the treasure hunt aspect of sourcing, and shipping gets me out of the house daily, going to the post office. I just started social security in February so reselling makes a great supplemental income. Been trying to do freelance graphic design, DoorDash deliveries and reselling the past 3 years to hold on until I started social security, but it looks like DoorDash and graphic design are going to fall away. I plan to continue reselling for the coming years. Good luck. I do think we get what we put into this job. I wish I had a partner like you to help multiply my efforts.

Thank you for sharing! It’s a grind but we love it (sometimes 🤣)! Your 90 day total is goals for us! Keep up the great work even if you’re retired!

Hi! Your video just popped up when I came on here....., I should be listing....LOL, ( I dislike listing...) So, just wanted to say the best of luck doing this full time. Maybe if I had a partner I'd be more motivated....I love the fun part of seeking the goods. I'm retired and just do selling on eBay part time. It helps to pay for the "extras" like heat, water, food, etc. LOL. I'll be tuning in on a regular basis. I'm from northeastern PA. Surrounded by a lot of resellers & RUclips creators. Luckily, we all, pretty much, are searching for different goods while at the same sales, etc. ( Taco Stacks, Paper & Moose, and Gemini Thrifts might be good ones for you to watch ....Tina from Gemini Thrifts, is an amazing full-time reseller!) ttys! 😊

Thanks so much! Yes, there is plenty of room for resellers because we've all got our likes and dislikes. It's amazing that we can stumble across something that sells for a profit! Thanks for the suggestions as well!

@TaleOfTwoThrifters also, I don't know of you have a goodwill bins where you live. But one of the best places for us to thrift here. But point was, they let you take boxes for free there. But he has the right idea, save where you can. But you don't want to cost yourself with too much downtime trying find a box. Also, I buy large poly bags if I want to ship usps ground or ups and just slide that priority box in there. Lol. You may or may not want to do that but I know I give them a ton of business, they will live.
