how did you get the 1.35 for the wet volume?
It's a constant value
Also we can use 1,54 it's still the same
1.54 is the standard wet volume
What is the volume of water

0.003 is a multiplication factor for converting mm to ft

Conversion of mm to ft is 0 X 0.0394
i.e 13 X 0.0394= 0.042 cubic feet
13 X 0.003= 0.039 (which should be corrected).
