Try to take the nurses key and loose on the 4th button 5. You should be frozen in place for a “dead alive” glitch though you can’t move I did this in the April 26th build

You should have to unlock 1980's mode somehow and when you do it immediately opens a time portal which sucks Yan-chan in and then 1980's mode is available! If you continue the game that you were playing it starts from the moment before the portal opened, basically it quicksaves before unlocking 1980's mode)
