Dead 12v battery will do this same thing. But our issue was a loose pin the the pcm.

Beastmode 1 it wasn’t the battery. Ended up being the cluster itself. Burnt pins on the back side supplying b+. So yeah, definitely power related issue

Alex Rivera it was the pcm. Loose pins inside the pcm board. This was a long time ago. Low battery volatge will do the same thing. But this issue was corrected with a pcm
