I have to say I have a 2013 optima hybrid fully loaded and I on average run in about 32 to 35 . and even with the cruise control set on 70-75 in the mornings plus i have everything to help me stay comfortable and safe. love my time in this car
The US version has the hybrid system on the radio display. The Euro spec don’t… That’s a shame :(

I have the same one, and I feel bad because the car when it's in traffic accelerates, as if it were in neutral and then it returns to normal but it hits me and I think it's the transmission

What was your overall test fuel economy?
What's the quality of the cabin like? Lots of road noise or is it pretty quiet? From the video, the engine sounds unusually loud?
The inside can sound louder from many reasons:the motor is inside so it makes much more noises in the inside, especially w12 engine

+TheEmerald Minecart (TheEmeraldMinecart) I can see that. Testing the speed and roadholding of a Kia Optima Hybrid is just as pointless as testing the economy of a Porsche 911 Carrera GT. That is what I wanted to say.
This car has Eco. button when it on to save gas but when you turn off the Eco., it will go fast for its class, just consume more fuel. It can handle well on highway and very nimble on high speed. I own 2013 Hybrid LX that how I know. I paid $15000 used and MSRP is $26000. The loaded one could cost you $37,000. Good price for the car.
You sure do like to floor hybrid cars a lot. lol. I think you are driving the wrong model for that. Look more at the SX turbo models. You should be hypermiling. ;)
You can floor the Hybrid car because the gas engine kicks in with or without Eco. button turn off or on for more power. With the Eco.off you get a lot of power and the car can move fast.I own one that is how I know.
