    I watched TrenchFry using manual torpedo attacks in my mod. It worked brilliantly.

    I'll add more supply convoys but there are quite a few set up. I believe it's a bit more than that though. I think (I don't know for sure) the core AI calculates risk and reacts accordingly. So if you have overwhelming advantage it's possible the consequences will become increasingly catastrophic.

    I think you're right about the enemy ships showing up on the tactical map. I think there is a setting somewhere that hides subs and the tracking time could be reduced perhaps

      I bet its tracking time issue. Once you reload they all appear and every time anything passes them it resets.

    Sadly the bombers not shooting back is NOT a simple problem. It's not a text file edit problem but it involves going back to the original Unity/Blender files and in most cases with this mod those files no longer exist. The planes were all that was available to me at the time. As far as editing the ship AA is concerned, nothing has been done since last time so I don't know what you mean there?? It should be remembered that this game was not meant to be a serious tactical game because it wasn't made by someone who really knows how to do that. It's just a bit of fun. A Whac-a-mole game. If you want to improve it then you should do it yourself. This was a test to see if I could learn to mod in 3 months and make a mod that is playable - even if it's pretty rubbish.

    I didn't add more guns to the b17 by the way. It's exactly the same model as last time.

      Wow it feels like more this time. BTW the four engine bombers Italy gunners are not working at all.

    "His solution was to add tonnes of machine guns to the ship" ???? LOL. I wouldn't know how to add a sand bucket to a 3D model. Nothing has been "buffed".

      The BB's have increased AA. I used to be able to send 12 bombers over them at 3k and I might lose one or two. Now I am getting hammered by AA. There has to have been a change somewhere. I suspect AA is more because of the amount of machine guns heading up towards me. I will rewatch a prior version just to check but they feel buffed a lot or planes reduced armor.

      @@DublinMarley The only things I've done with the bombers is to reduce the "armorAbsorbProbability" factor as I said in the mod intro on Steam. This means what it says on the tin. basically the plane will absorb less damage before being blown out of the sky. The factor was about 0.8 in Version 2. In Version 2.1 it's about 0.7. I was thinking of reducing it still further but another modder has suggested I keep it as is but reduce the planes speed and also increase the time between bomb releases to space the pattern more. I'm also going to reduce the payload options and drop the 14x 1000 kilo payload. Hopefully this will make the bombers generally less deadly and more vulnerable. Also, I'm convinced there is a definite RNG factor at play here. Sometimes the AI just says "Shit happens. Deal with it":)

      @@vladimirjones7174 Interesting. Have to make sure there is a balance between air v air and sea v air but that explains a lot. I would just reduce airpower and change ord types.

    Of course you could make this game. I'm 80 years old and I found out how to make this simple mod in less than six months. It might not be a good mod but you've got quite a few hours out of it. Have a go and make a better mod.

      It is a time issue for me. Even though it looks like I play a ton its only because I recently had a ton of medical leave. Now that it is over I will be playing a ton less till I retire. I might be able to learn it but that would reduce playing time. The improvements are working. I think strat air is broken. Easy fix is reduce planes and move plane types around. Also two a day replacements is too much. I bombed every base to zero within range in a week for the most part. I think CP's are way too high. Rules say I should get 40 or so but I then got 400 plus points. Buying an entire fleet of BB's each week will end this game quickly. Its just game balance issues. Too much firepower and too many CP's means the computer AI cannot keep up with the player at all. For some reason fighters are not stopping my strat air and if they do show up it is the two engine fighters and not the other ones.
      The indominable class might have an issue. I dropped well over 50K of bombs on one of them and it did almost nothing to it. Any other BB and they are sunk with a quarter of that. Did you increase armor or decrease bomb strength? Just wondering. BB vs BB is fine though and they go down quickly. Really strange issue though.

      @@DublinMarley It's quite possible the Incomparable class is OP but it's as supplied by the model importer. I've made no changes to it. It's just a big-assed ship that's tough to kill I suppose.:)

      @@vladimirjones7174 That is crazy. I am fairly certain I killed several with air in the first run through but maybe I didn't. I was putting easy 4 to 5 times the number of bombs that were direct hits compared to the other UK BB's and it still didn't sink. It took 4k bombs to finish it off. Something might be up with armor values and how AP vs HE usage affects it.

    By the way, I think I made it clear at all times - this mod is NOT historically accurate. It's not intended to be. It's just a bit of fun so Germans, Italians and the Allies can have fun blowing stuff up. If you want accuracy then try elsewhere - this isn't it and it never will be.

      You gave us Axis ships in europe. I have been waiting 3 years for this since the game came out. You should be proud of that. The battle editor alone is worth it. Campaigns needs work but balancing games out takes a ton of time and gameplay. Its a process.

      @@Generale_Lee It just shows up as land. There might be a problem invading it but I did not try. When you tactical it looks weird though when I was bombing it.
