Many products-liability class-action claims are blamed on "third parties" that had agreements to sell the specifications of their created good. This is how fraudulently companies "lessen" liability.
My brother was sick and consulted a doctor. The doctor suggested some medicines, which my brother took for a month. However, since there was no improvement in his condition, he consulted another doctor, who told him that the medicines prescribed earlier were wrong and could cause serious side effects. Can I file a claim against the first doctor or the hospital authorities for medical negligence?
You state that whoever made the product must be a business and can't be someone making things from home or a hobby. Can you show me a reference/law? I am in that situation presently. TY
the drawings start from left to right and since the artist is left handed blocks most of the drawing when moving to the right. Then when you finally see it it changes to the next one. can't really appreciate the drawing and that is a distraction to fully pay attention to the voice and content.
This is a fantastic video that demonstrates a complex subject in a very easy to understand way. Thank you!!!
This is a great presentation of this area of law, thanks for the video!

This is not a products liability issue. You would need to consult an attorney about a medical malpractice (negligence for medical professionals) suit.
This will come under professional liability you can sue the doctor for their negligence
Was he actually hurt? If not, i doubt it.
