Its natural when you lift something like a bag or suitcase there you breath in or inhale. Its natural and unconsciously done. But during workout you intentionally breathout or exhale when you lift weight against gravity. It is unnatural but interestingly it gives better results. 💪
Yes sir but I feel abit difficulty sir coz And Actually Principle of gravity in breathing during workout says that exhale if weight is against gravity n inhale if weight is towards gravity. I'm training it's about 2 years ago any suggestions sir❤️

@@everydy3647 You may have noticed that Mukesh ji breathes in and out via nose only when the weight is manageable although quite heavy, when the weight is very heavy he does breathe in via nose and mouth, best is to breath in and out via nose as much as possible according to Patrick Mckeown, please do listen to his RUclips videos, he suggests that via mouth we lose carbon dioxide too fast, we need a certain level of carbon dioxide within blood to ensure ability of hemoglobin to release oxygen to cell for creating ATP. This is Bohr effect. If you listen to Patrick you will learn that the athletes he trains gradually increase the partial pressure of carbon dioxide in the blood, this improves ability to get oxygen from the air and thereby improve performance. Oxygen as you know is necessary for doing work, so increase in ability to absorb oxygen enables athletes to perform better. Breathing is a serious matter so do your research, also you may know about importance of bracing when lifting weights.
