I hand tested this myself a while back and found this out as well. People assume that being able to shoot while sprinting means you have no sprint out and therefore you shoot immediately. Which isn't the case. You still have a sprint out animation of readying your weapon where you can't fire yet. So Gung Ho does exactly what it says and nothing more. You can shoot while sprinting. You still have to ready your weapon. You just don't have to stop sprinting to do so. Edit: The interaction between adsing and gung ho letting you shoot immediately is probably a bug. It seems that with gung ho, the only thing keeping you from shooting as soon as you pull the trigger is the sprint out animation, and adsing replaces the sprint out animation with the ads animation, and you can fire while adsing, thus as soon as you hit ads while sprinting, you can shoot.
I assumed you would test equipping Fast Hands + Gung-Ho on the same class because I see people running this a lot. Oh well... I guess I'll just assume that it's a perfect combination of the instant fire if you ADS, and 1/2 of the time if you shoot before ADSing.
But...that doesn't make to much sense right? I mean, with Gung Ho, you're able to fire while sprinting. Meaning that you shouldn't be able to cancel your sprint by firing.

Because a french youtuber called Gayzor did videos about this, and he discovered that sprint out time with gun ho will actuallly be affected BUT it also depends on the weapon you use ! For shotguns, it will not change a lot : 275ms will become 225ms This is maybe why you thought Gun Ho does not affect SoT. But, for example, the Gorgon's SoT (420ms) will become 325ms ! And the Man-0-War Sot (370ms) will become 325ms. I think you should try. Have a good day. PS : here are some examples of his testings : SMGs : gun ho lowers SoT at 185 ms. ARs : gun ho lowers SoT at 230ms, except for the KN-44 and ICR-1 (still at 325ms) LMGs : SoT unchanged, except for the Gorgon (Gorgon' s basic sprint out time is 420ms, with gun ho, it becomes 325ms !!) shotguns : gun ho will lower the sprint out time from 275ms to 225ms.
Interesting, but not enough for me to replace dead silence and hard wired. I just run QuickDraw and stock to ADS out of sprint with some mobility intact.
If I'm not mistaken you can combine quickdraw and fast hands decreasing the sprint out time. with gung ho its almost instant like he said in the video. They are still different though it depends on the weapon and attachments. I can go in greater detail if you like. This would be a very long comment. What did you want to know? I wouldn't personally put all 3 together though. I think gung ho is a waste because perk 3 has the best perks like blast sup, dead silence, awareness, and tac mask which i usually put 2 on.

A bit of an unrelated question, but I was wondering, what is your ping at? I thought 50ms was pretty good, but I feel I am getting screwed by connection issues when it is at that. When I play with several friends from the same area, it gets better, and my ping is around 20ms then. Is 50 bad nowadays?
just compared stacked quick draw and fast hands vs gung ho glitch. gung ho glitch is like .05 ms and fast hands quick draw is like .1 ms. buuuut... the shots are far more accurate using the stacked perks. id say gung ho is only useful with shottys or maybe guns with lasers attached that have good hipfire accuracy. the first round from the gungho glitch is crazy random. used Kuda for tests.

No it isn't. Awareness isn't needed if you're talking to friends because you wouldn't be soundwhoring, now would you? Tactical Mask only helps you avoid tactical grenades which are mostly useless in trying to win a gunfight. Engineer is a viable Greed perk because of the rerolling of Care Packages and showing you where the UAVs and stuff is on the map. Dead Silence... in pubs? TF drugs you on it's a waste. Blast Suppressor does barely anything to you because no one even sees the red pulses on your jumps and there's a bunch of videos teaching you to keep boosting before it fills up so you can end up not pulsing anyway.
+ST I dont know about you guys but I only get stunned or flashed like once every four or five games. That makes tac mask pretty useless. Ive never even considered using it

+GinGonMCC Laser sight has no impact on sprint out time. The shots will be as accurate as the maximum hip-fire spread regardless of the perk.
Gung Ho + normal ADS (No quickdraw) is...?
I still experience this bug on the kn 44 and I been told by Activision that to reset xbox one or clearing catche and doesn't work
