To answer your question Brian, I spend to much in the recreational act of going daily to a coffeeshop to buy coffee and I’d also like to stop drinking coffee, as it is bad for my health.
As I have completed listening to you the second time around, I guess I could cut right away the extra spending on what goes with a cup of coffee, such as pastries.
Playing games and asking questions instead of doing useful study and .... investing in knowledge

aaron raftis Depends on the kind of work you want to do. Most college majors have nothing to do with making high income. Fulfillment, on the other hand, comes from what would make you happy internally. You can have both, sometimes.

I’m a civil engineering student soon to graduate and I have a side interest in hydroponics. I want to own my own businesses by 30 and I want my income to be near a million by then. Mr. Tracy just wanted to know, if a 20 year old invest first in a commercial property on a mortgage of 10 yrs and the property starts giving rent which covers the EMI, so is it a better investment than purchasing a home? Oh..just to clarify, in India most of the young generation tends to live with their parents till the time they get married and generally the marriageable age here is 27 or 28..please advise
What are your thoughts on people who chose to spend those hours with their families and people important to them. All the wealth in the world is not worth getting burnt out in a job and never having the time or energy left over for others.

i guess you are investing, and more than that you experimenting your ideas that believe all time: if it work it is good for you, if not , you will give a chance to your mind to destroy what you believe all the time, and you will searching for a new ideas ( sorry for my english i m not a good speaker)
