in my opinion, this song is amazing. the verses, prechorus and bridge were absolutely amazing, and on my first listen i thought that the chorus just lacked some sort of that "ITZY" iconic element. i realized that this is an insanely catchy song and the chorus literally grew on me on the third listen. i checked out their live performance and they still kept that iconic element that they usually have. if you're having a hard time loving this song, i HUGELY recommend checking out their live, their charisma is still insane. the royal concept was what i needed to complete my 2022. 10/10 concept, maybe doesn't fit that well with the track but the track and the concept by themselves are amazing.
Im not dissapointed at all. I find the song motivating and catchy. Sneakers is a symbol. If you read the lyrics and comprehend the video, you will understand the connection. Though, I do not invalidate or hate your opinion because it's your personal taste and all and it's totally fine.

I think putting on sneakers is an analogy to putting on your confidence/game face and that first scene was like woman in power during historical periods . The second scene seemed like just woman in the work force which is why they wear military uniforms and how they can still be impactful during turmoil. The weird sneaker fantasy land seemed like woman of the future to me but idk.
