I adore how much you guys love this comeback!!! As we all know well by now, unfortunately people tore ITZY apart for this song even though it's very ITZY and the girls were clearly enjoying it so much, so it's awesome to see that at least some other people were enjoying the song when it came out and not just in retrospect! I love Sneakers and I'm a Sneakers apologist (it's SO catchy and campy in the best possible way) so this reaction makes me very happy 🥰
If you two haven't seen Joyful MomenT, Itzy's commercial jingle that goes way harder than it needs to, I think it'd be a lot of fun to see your reaction. Probably not worth posting as its own video but it'd be fun in a livestream or with something else.
Music video was directed by a woman. They basically were time traveling to fix history to help the aliens in the future. The video presentation changed to the era they were in, cinematic black bars for the Victorian era, the 4:3 low quality for the 60s mission control era, and full screen full super HD for the future era.. The details.. The fact they dropped the resolution for the 60s to what you could get on a television (low res) was a little Easter egg detail. Masterful presentation of women being empowered directed by a woman.
