What to do when the Information Regulator comes knocking

The Information Regulator is the body tasked with enforcing POPIA. It has been capacitating itself over the past few years, but seems to have reached the point where it is ready to assert itself and enforce POPIA. It has in the past year become more vocal and certainly more assertive. It has initiated a number of investigations, a clear sign that it takes its enforcement role seriously.
