I love doing these workouts! Just getting started with Pilates. I'm 60 years old and haven't any flex in my lower back. I'm hoping one day I can do the round ball roll without flopping back on my back. 🙄

Way to care for yourself! We do rotate the videos to ensure a lot of variety in the workouts. We encourage you to repeat a favorite workout from the challenge for any missing days. We're cheering you on!
