Ok. Compared to the original, it has an improved cooling. But in a nutshell, it still is the same specs as a the original Super console X Pro.

It seems improvements are being added to these things. Giving tweaks to adjust a game. Beats being totally beyond hope to play the higher-end games. Progress is bound to happen. Great As always Wicked.

Awesome review, thanks mate! By the way, I just got mine and I'm struggling to have Netflix, HBO Plus, and etc, installed on Android run. Although I was able to get Amazon Prime Video installed, the other applications seem "not compatible" with this console. I wonder if anyone else has faced/found a workaround to get them working?

Nothing this year has beaten the chili pc for plug in play box consoles it’s the best one as we know wicked it has the wicked power to run gen 6 and onwards

@@dariollanos yeah the super console x chili Pc does all up from the 1970s to now with the exception of xbox one xbox x/s ps4 and ps5 it’s expensive though 800 you can make your own for cheaper or get the pc box for 600 or the mini pc for 400

I’d love nothing more than to have games such as Star Wars Trilogy Arcade and Rambo 08 in a console that will plug into my tv and away you go for literally hours and hours of fun

God of war is a no go for all android game box systems.
For the price it costs I think this thing is really good tbh.
I upgraded from Emuelec 4.6 to 4.7 on Super Console X2 Pro. Now I lost all saves. Controller buttons are mixed up even though they are still in "default" setting. Also the games I used to play are now very laggy with poor graphics. The games are also playing in 4:3 and not full screen 16:9 that they used to be.
Is there any way to reverse this and also get my saved data back?
Biggest bummer for me is the sdcard reader not présent on the board.

A question that no body seems to be able to answer: how do you configure controls for games like Ikari warriors, caliber 50, etc? I can move the character around, but not turn their weapons, ie you only face one way. Any help would be appreciated.

How do get X68000 multi disc games to work on this system? I selected to load the first disc of a multi disc game via emuelec but can't locate the roms for the next disc once in the X68000 system? Thanks for any help.

I Really Really want one of these that can run PS2 and Dreamcast well, there are other consoles i like but if the device can run PS2 and Dreamcast smoothly then the other stuff i want should work just fine.

Get a good gaming pc, then buy an external hdd with batocera pre-installed. Will run absolutely everything. Switch, Ps3, xbox and everything before better than it ran on the original system.

@@kellymulderino7156 yeah I bought the X2, but honestly I regret it... even for 120bucks it crashes all the time and from my research they are basically all the same. the only brand I heard of that doesn't crash so much is Anbernic which I'll try next and hopefully get better results. I think the problem is their image is corrupt and they all use the same image on crappy chinese hardware so it's either the hardware or the images/emus are broken.

I got a different one, it came with a sd card with all the games on it.
One thing about those consoles is they say something like 3000 game with it. A lot are Japanese versions and then duplications of different versions of the same game. PS1 and super nes games struggle with the current consoles. But you can still have a good choice of games of the 8 bit games. Though some of the PS1 and Snes will also play, but the ones I have tried have struggled to be unplayable.

I tried nes and MD games and they played as they should. Amiga I think should as well. Spectrum almost certainly will, but my console didn't have spectrum.

With all the improvements, I still find the design lazy. One of the reasons why I like the original - it looks like a mini console. This just looks like another generic android box.
What was your desired n64 emulator setup?
I would start with a mini pc and skipp all android based cheap boxes.

& all my previous save states are gone

Edit: every time I try to save state now it just stays at 0% & when I try to exit a game while it’s stuck at 0% the whole system just freezes 🤦♂️
Change the auto display settings in android to off. This fixed mine
Any way to get the audio out to headphones from the box , my monitor has no audio and on my 55 inch tv some of the games are just too pixilated
Maybe you can get into retroarch and mess with the pixel filter for the older games ?
@@WickedGamerCollector I got it to work with some plantronics head phones plugged into the audio jack .Put some MPOW headphones in and now works with them as well .

Do what Wicked Most is recommanding. Buy a 75 Euro Notebook or a PS Vita or an Nvidia shield. You will have the ultimate Emulation expierience.
yea the Ps vita is great ... runs everything up to psp and ps1 games perfectly and older snes/nes/ gameboy etc.
No GameCube or ps2 or n64 tho... plus u can even play the few vita games on it so why not
