What would be better for the finger style guitar? D 15M or 000 15m?

000-15SM for finger style specifically. The 000-15m has a bit narrower nut, and in my experience better as a strummer/finger picking combo. Not amazing at either, but has a great thing that combines both. I’m interested now in the D15m. It feels and sounds like it leans more towards strumming better, but can do awesome finger fingering. The notes are louder/bigger (being a dreadnought), but being a mahogany there I’ll be a bigger expanse (less harmonics) between the notes leaving them feeling more hollow/scooped. Hope that helps.

@@allend3127Thank you. I actually have D15m. I compared with 00015m. D15m is muddier and heavier. I feel that 00015m is prettier, even though it has the less sound volume and less Booming feel. Thank you again for your opinion😊.

@@leonheart7576 The 000-15m can be surprisingly pretty. I think it’s my most balanced guitar, totally. Have you tried Martin Retros on it? They are my favorite on that guitar.
