  • During the era when Graham Oliver chaired the GCR's Annual General Meetings as Chief Executive it was customary to begin the meeting with a professionally produced video film showcasing the best of what had been achieved during the year under review.
The films were always spectacular and helped lift spirits before the difficult conversations which usually followed about the company's financial situation.
It was customary that these films did not include a live soundtrack but instead featured a musical soundtrack - in this case Emerson Lake and Palmer's "Fanfare for the common man". This cannot be included on the RUclips version presented here for copyright reasons. There is however a short live soundtrack for the final 30 seconds of the film.
