Well, that was a bit spooky. When I opened RUclips and saw this notification, I had just been listening to the album this track is from (Pax Vesania) and the CD was sitting beside my laptop 6 inches away. I only discovered this band a few months ago, but they've been going in one form or another since 1997! Their name is pronounced roughly YOO-say TAY-koku and means "Fairy Empire". They are also known as Das Feenreich, which of course means the same thing in German. They use a bit of German in their songs ("Eins, Zwei, Drei" in this one, for example) and I detect a hint of Rammstein in the music sometimes (not this song, though). The title of the song is pronounced roughly KOO-so MESS-oro-ghee and means "Fantasy Mythology".

Thanks T-Mac, I hadn't seen that one either. I can't do the pronunciations either (I'd be guessing if I tried). I like the mix of the metal with her vocals and the choral stuff they do. Apparently their guitarist Shiren (I am assuming it is the same person) was in the very first incarnation of Babymetal's Kami Band in October 2012 ... I don't think he or the other three who played that day have ever played in the Kami Band since.
