She passed away today on August 12th, it is extremely sad. I always held hope for another Sherlock season but since her death, I do not see it happening. May she rest peacefully!
One of my favorite Mrs. Hudson moments that didn't make it in was when Mycroft and his men are searching the apartment and she seems visibly out of sorts like she is whenever the government is searching her place again. But then John finds the video message from Mary and her Mama Bear comes out. "Out. Everyone out. This is MY friend and that is HIS dead wife. Now everyone OUT." Brings me to tears.

Every show needs that character that isn’t the main one or two, isn’t always involved in whatever shenanigans or drama is happening but without them the show just wouldn’t be the same. Mrs. Hudson is that character. Her presence only ever makes a scene better or just simply makes it. 💜💜💜💜💜💜

I love Mrs. Hudson so much she treats them like her own children it’s adorable
OK but as soon as we're introduced to Mrs. Hudson, she's the first person we see that Sherlock willingly opens his arms for a hug from her. Loved mama Hudson from the beginning.
