East Bound Norfolk Southern Manifest train, Apollo. Pa

here is a east bound Norfolk Southern Manifest train going thru Apollo/East Vandergrift, Pa. The Conemaugh line isn't that busy usually but this Sunday it was. For some reason I think there is a speed restriction in the area. not sure if they didn't lift it from when they repaved the crossing after this one or it's from the bridge construction up near Avonmore.
