- Created by InShot:inshotapp.page... In this short video I show you the first step transformation of an antique brass and copper fire extinguisher. I purchased the unit at Goodwill for 20$ after it had gone on 50% off. If you look them up in eBay they sell for quite a bit of money. I've always wanted one but never had the opportunity to get one for a decent price. My dad would have been proud! My dad and I restored many unusual antiques over the years. He passed away about 2 years ago. I haven't done much with restoration since he passed. I believe he would have loved to work on this project. I did restore a huge antique hand crank wall phone about a year ago. Maybe I will make a video on that. Hey, leave me a comment if you enjoy this type of video! I could make many videos like this one this winter. Thank you for watching! Thank you for tooning in to Upper Peninsula Beautiful!
Hi everyone...a different kind of video but I may do some more like this. Love restoring things in the winter. This was a super cool find!
You did a very good job of restoring it Dan!
Thank you...but the video didn't turn out great...☹️ I accidentally filmed it up and down 👎
That is a really cool find! A nice tribute to your dads memory. I hope you found your keys.
Thank you...I still can't find them...looked all over the house and in the snow! They have to be somewhere! Thank you for watching!
Your hard work surely paid off, it looks amazing ! What a beautiful piece of history to have for your home😊
Thank you so much!

That's really cool! Thank you for watching! I wonder if they still make fire extinguishers? I haven't looked up the company name yet but I will!
Hi! Quick question. Do you know if you can leave your car at Whitefish Pt overnight without fear of it getting towed or does it have to be at the State Dock? Also, what about leaving it overnight at Wildcat Park? I was thinking of going for an overnight backpacking trip from Whitefish Pt toward Vermilion. Not really rock hunting, but soaking in the beauty of Lk Superior.
I leave mine at wildcat overnight all the time....I don't know about Whitefish point....I don't think I would!
Sorry it took so long...been off RUclips
