    I’m having issues with the local dimming watching madalorian or low light scenes the imitate flickers a lot. I have it on high and medium but I will take your advice and leave it on low.

      The Local Dimming works quite a bit slow. Try on Low, you should see less changes in brightness.

      It doesn't support VRR unlike other NanoCell series like the NANO90 and NANO86 that are compatible with FreeSync.

      Well it depends on the size you want this TV is available in 65 and 75 inches. If you are really interested in a 55" TV, the OLED CX is definitely much better.

    How is it compared to Samsung Q800T?

    • @TVHiFiProinEnglish
      @TVHiFiProinEnglish  3 года назад

      In my opinion the LG NANO99 looks better with no 8K content, because of its better upscaling. But its local dimming is not as faster as in the Samsung Q800T.
      The main problem I found with the LG NANO99 was that the transitions in brightness are visible when the TV tries to adjust the luminosity in real time. And sometimes is a little annoying.
      The strengths of the Q800T are a better local dimming system, better panel uniformity with less light leakage and deeper blacks.
      Besides, thanks to the Ultra Viewing Angle and Anti-Glare filters, it provides a better viewing angles and removes practically all reflections on the screen.

      @@gtamike_TSGK I've been gaming on a B7 since day 1. Also bought one for my parents, who are older and leave CNN on all day long or NFL games with tickers running. LIterally no burn in at all. You'd have to go out of your way to get burn in now, leaving a static image on all night/day long for 6 months straight.
