- The CURSED Energizer Is Actually Good Now... BTD6 / Bloons TD 6 - as a tower known for its supporting capabilities for basically the whole game's history, this recent change now makes it do lots of damage!

This buff is useless to me as I won't use it without Submersion, it will only be useful for a few challenges that the community creates with it.

I’ve literally never seen energizer unsubmerged 💀
7:02 After testing, the sub needs to be submerged to get the +50% exp boost. If it’s unsubmerged, then you won’t get the buff.
Is it sufficient to submerge it at the end of a round? Because then you could just do that and get both.
@@Jdnfjdksndj If you’re using the sub just for exp, then yes. If you’re using it for ability cooldowns & exp, then no.

35 dmg cus multiply base dmg so yea it’s fine but still terrible
plus sub commander 2x dmg so 70 dmg per attack and the attack speed bonuses make it pretty good

I would ges those multipöicative buffs would be additive to each other, so x5 + x2 will be x7. Think sub paragon was a x5 buff?

I hate how an advanced-intel with camo added to it, still needs a tower with camo for it to work fully...
It makes perfect sense for it to work that way though.
You could have just bought another submerge and support towards the top, it doesn't take pops and it decamos!
The fact that an unsumerge energizer can get 2m pops is Insane how much towers can get 2m pops even if there really bad by themselves

I have seen people be amazed because a youtuber did the absolute bare minimum, then called them a "rising star". This is why so much youtube content just sucks, people have no standards and/or are too scared to speak up because anyone negative usually gets beaten down by 29 people at once for daring to speak up.

Today i was using engerizer to try get to round with psi and sometimes i unsubmerged it and noticed it did a lot of dmg to moabs
For damage purposes, towers that has a cone attack like airburst sub or sharapnel sniper does pretty good job if you set their targeting on close

using a unsubmerged is like striking a piano with a drum stick
I remember XQC doing a similar strat for a bloonarius fight where he would stack subs in the bottom right and spam glue on the map for range. People called him stupid then, but look at it now hahaha.

I'm surprise the idea to use a submerge sub closer to the entrance earlier on wasn't used for intel and to save pops on camos

it would be so much easier to play if i just knew what the upgrades did instead of them constantly hiding information

the obvious examples are the tier 5s, but i remember getting my shit rocked when checking tack sprayer on the wiki

They really should just do what League of Legends and a bunch of other games do and have a dedicated Detailed Descriptions setting that just tells you the exact stats of an upgrade

NK said that this is merely to test the balance of this change, the damage will likely get much higher in an upcoming balance update.
U should god buff it since with the paragon buff it deals 35 dmg and with sub commander another +5. Multiply by 5 hits (with mk)... 200 damage per hit
They had to have done this to make it easier to get a high level paragon.
ISAB, now do the max buffs test on a Energizer that is submerged and unsubmerged

Yep. And as a result, it's usually not worth it, since you can compensate for the 7x base damage increase with damage buffs.
But now since the *base damage* of the tower is so high, it might just be worth it.

Yep. It's crazy how they crippled the Sub paragon before it even released.
The ability takes *15* seconds to fire, during which it *can't* use it's main attack, does mediocre damage by itself, and the nuclear waste damage is RNG.
The submerged passive is either not worth it compared to the unsubmerged paragon, or it's a straight up *nerf* to your towers, which is crazy.
And despite its price, the paragon is not a huge damage dealer on the scale of the Doomship. There is almost no situation where you want to rush *this* paragon specifically.

Honestly they need to make it so that it does the cooldown reduction regardless of if its submerged or not. Then I think it would be good.
