@@PeterHollens Yeah the collabs with Tim and Avi make a lot of sense with a lot of songs, there aren't as many multi tenor collabs to pick from but Bryan, Rod, and Sting are in my opinion 3 of the best pop tenors of the older generation. It is just something that if done in collab form gives a chance for collabbing with different people I think of us who are big fans of you, PTX and Home free would love to hear.

"Yesterday, they told me you were gone" this is completely ridiculous and i'm sorry to be melodramatic but, the day before yesterday i had to be told my cat died. This song has nothing to do with cats, but everything else going on it's not taking much to get me all in my weepysappy feels. I like this song a lot and this is a beautiful version of it.

I just burst into tears .it's so beautifull but it hit hard
This song always makes me cry. So many lines from this song reminds me of my grandfather. He was my best friend and I told him everything and he was always there for me, he was the only person I told to when no one in my class talked with me and he used to always make me feel better and happy. He passed away almost 6 years ago when I was 12. I miss him every day.
We just lost my a close friend of my wife's dating back to high school. He passed away fertilizing a lawn (heart attack, at 48, and he ate healthy every day, spent 2 hours a day in the gym, and had a physique like Dwayne Johnson). He was a multiple-entrepeneur.
I remember him dropping by to get a pandemic haircut from my wife (he wanted to avoid hair salons due to the risk) - I got to make him a meal (he'd need to eat something 6 times a day with his gym routine) and gave him a slosh of 20 year old ruby port. He was able to let go of the tension of his businesses and just have a safe space to wind down for even half an hour.
I will miss those visits. And my wife will miss her friend. And we have to tell my step-daughter, age 13, on Monday. That's gonna be a rough thing - she just lost her best friend to multi-system cancer and he only just turned 15 and she still hasn't shaken that loss.
This song spoke to me. I really never thought our friends last visit would be the last time we'd see him.
I appreciate both Tim and Peter for their amazing gifts, their good natures, and the peace their music can bring in a way that no instrumental work can match.
It's never a bad idea to tell people you care about how much you appreciate them. In an eyeblink, you can lose the opportunity.

I should have been a JT fan when I was younger, but I think I was just in that gap and a little too young (I was a Barry Manilow fan in the mid 70's, still am). But I found him about 2012, better late than never. His audio book is amazing and these songs make sense when you learn all he went through, before he turned 21. Amazing artist and amazing song! You've done it proud, thanks for this Peter and Tim!!

Like a lot of singers around that time he sang alot of covers. A lot of songs written by Carol King. But some of his personal songs are Carolina on My Mind, her town, country road and something in the way she moves. Dont sleep on the covers though! OH! And smiling face! Such a great uppity song!

@@PeterHollens Thanks, I'm doing mostly well. Finished my engineering degree a couple months ago but haven't managed to get a job yet. I'm glad to hear you're considering the song. I really think you guys could do something amazing with that one. There IS however something to be said about doing the music YOU want to do. It will always be better if you love the song you're doing. Don't forget that, keeping your audience happy is important, but frankly not as important as keeping YOU happy.
