Is there in the world, someone who can be objective with no agenda, have the knowledge, intelligence and fair mindedness to examine the different faiths of this world and listen to the words spoken by Elder Kearon and the other speakers and not concede their is no hidden agenda from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints other than to invite ALL to come unto Christ and the blessings the Father of all humanity wishes to give to those who are willing to receiv them??❤😮
I feel like i get very hard on myself when I make wrong choices...but the hope in elder kearon and his wonderful talk helps me to know that HOPE for me and others has always been there because of my wonderful Lord n Savior Jesus Christ! Thank you Elder Kearon!
This was probably my favorite talk this session. I appreciated the initial humor, but I very much loved the emphasis and clear importance he put on the basic fundamentals.
He had a talk about mental illness and abuse. It was very helpful to me. I've blame myself alor of times. Today I see the message about no road block. 😊
What an inspiring message! Our Heavenly Father wants all of us back into His presence. And yes, we can show the path to one another in many ways - and walk along as well.
11:35 ❤ Heavenly Father is waiting for you and everyone to join the true church God's living church on earth ,"The Church of Jesus Christ of latter-day Saints which He called after His name.❤ It.
Listening to this again for our relief society lesson tomorrow. It's truly a talk which touches my heart and reminds me to lean more on Heavenly Father.
I loved this powerful talk so much and couldn't wait to hear it again. "God is in relentless pursuit of you." "Infinite covers you AND those you love." "He does not put up roadblocks; He removes them." I never fully grasped the symbolism of the veil of the temple ripping when Jesus died before; this utterly enlightened my understanding. I will be listening and absorbing this talk on repeat. Thank you so much for your powerful witness, Elder Kearon!
My testimony is that Jesus weeps over us! The same way that He wept for Mary and Marian - He weeps for us! Like a parent suffering with their child as they undergo essential surgery, He mourns our pain even as He allows it so that we may grow 💔❤ He doesn’t watch us through a glass window, numb as we suffer, He feels for us and longs for us to turn to Him and to receive of His eternal perspective and Peace and Hope! I also testify that His healing power is in full force today, and He will heal you in His time as we turn to Him! My life and mind and heart have been utterly transformed by His miraculous power! ❤️ God loves us, blessed be the name of the Most High God!
Come join the church to feel the spirit of our living loving heavenly Father God who loves us and Jesus Christ ❤️🙏 who suffered and died for us to stone for our sins and the sins of the world 🌎.❤
The most beautiful and memorable talk during the entire conference ❤ I wish all talks and sermons were like this. What beautiful reminders about our Savior
I was absolutely captivated by this talk! He exudes such humility and delivers his message with profound love and joy, reminiscent of the way the Lord himself might speak. And let me tell you, his accent is the icing on the cake!
Thank you for your talk Elder Kearon! I love your talk ! You have a wonderful spirit that connected with your words. I could feel that power in your words.
I loved your talk during the General Conference Elder Patrick Kearon, and it was great to see you during the dedication of the Red Cliffs Utah Temple. May God bless you as you serve the Lord in your calling as an Apostle of the Lord.
Being a member of the church of Jesus Christ latter-day Oh Saints has made me a better father by trying to align the same perspective our heavenly father sees us.
So Real, and heaven-sent truth by Elder Patrick Kearon, I thank you for your words of instruction and they give me great hope and faith in Jesus Christ. I appreciate you!
That or the next Uchtdorf. Though I think Uchtdorf will still be around for a while, I don't know about Holland. I hope he sticks around for a while but given his health it's hard to say for sure.
Around where I live, there have been several billboards suggesting that Jesus IS there to judge and keep you out. Grateful for this simple explanation of Heavenly Father's plan of redemption and happiness
I love this beautiful talk about our Heavenly Father and His son, Jesus Christ. I am so grateful that they love us. This talk gives me hope and a desire to become a better person. Truly, this Elder is a true witness and apostle of God.
Yes, God's work and glory- is to bring to pass the immortality and eternal life of man. He has and is doing all that is possible for that goal. But, we must love him by keeping his commandments with all that we have (heart, soul, mind, might, and strength) and then love our neighbors as we've loved ourselves by keeping his commandments. Upon this hang all the laws and the prophets, it is the primary teaching of all of the scriptures and especially in the Book of Mormon. Indeed, this how we choose him, and "love God and our neighbor and one day return to him" --Elder Patrick Kearon
I so appreciate the simple, loving, and inclusive nature of this message of good news. I also thing it's great that it doesn't contain the stock GC cadence of speaking / delivery method. His delivery is genuine.

Even though I've suffered a lot of challenges lately, I know that God loves me. I've seen so many miracles of hope filled glimmers of the light of Jesus Christ in my life amid the darkness that oftentimes surrounds me! For anyone who is suffering I hope these words I say can help you: God knows you personally, and loves you! Don't give up hope.

I've been told I'll wake up during the first morning of the resurrection but... I don't feel worthy for that. I mean, all I do is sit and lay down on my bed and I don't get much occasion to help around our house.
I've been declared inept to have a job due to mental limitations so I play video games. I mean, I'm wasting my life watching the news because I'm afraid of what's going all over the world and how it could affect us LDS members and my friends.
I'm exhausted, I live every day in terror and I'm terribly scared something will happen to US and Canada.
I feel useless.

I'd like to borrow that accent for more than 10 minutes...
The Mother- in- law was shocked😂😂😂😂
I like this talk and I was probably drawn to it first because I needed to hear it but what always goes through my mind is this quote in Scripture:
" I will be a stone of stumbling and a rock of offense"
Someone help me understand which one is correct so now I'm confused.
Also, the path is straight and the path is narrow
By stating the phrase you mention in the NT, Jesus was only pointing out that while He doesn't do anything to put roadblocks in our way and takes no happiness from us being stopped, the fact that He is "there"--anywhere--as pointing the way and supposed to be being the director, means thsr those who won't look at Him and insist on looking past Him or try to act like He isn't there will end up tripping over Him because He is very much there and can't really be ignored.
Also in Matthew the path is described as strait, not straight, which is just another way of saying narrow
🎤 ⬇️
What Nephi chapter and verse did he read?
Cellano He has been schooled by Elder Holland.
Don’t understand why critisize police officer at start.
They are just doing their jobs
Did not expect this from an apostle
Police officers are human too and while most of them are amazing heroes, some do abuse their power and authority. If this officer was really enjoying his power to disrupt others, he should have been called out.
I am sorry that is all you got from the talk. Hopefully the rest of the message will help?
Let’s be real. If God loved us as much as leaders in The Church preach, he wouldn’t have to “intend” to bring us all home,He just would. It would be the charitable thing to do at the least. I would never turn my son or daughter away. Never. The fact that God “wants all of His children to choose to return to Him” sounds very narcissistic and conditional. Hopefully myself and the ones I truly, unconditionally love won’t be cast into outer darkness for our mortal ways.
He must honor our free agency. This means we must choose between the mortal world and his plan.
It's our choice, and I am accountable for what I choose
We don’t get “cast into outer darkness” just for our “mortal ways.” You have to realize, the few that go to outer darkness are the worst of the worst. The ones leagues worse than Hitler. The ones who know God personally, know of His love, but instead choose to try to tear down all that is good and happy. These few would rather dwell in a hateful spite for eternity than ever choose kindness.
We all determine where we end up. God will not force us to live with Him if we don’t want to. God will not force us to live like Him if we don’t want to. But Jesus came to save everyone, and He does. We will all be resurrected and all save a countable few will be saved in a kingdom of glory. But our desire to do good and the strength of that desire will determine, on an individual level, to what degree we are truly saved.
