I could be wrong, but I think Tatsumaki and Fubuki's names are an allusion to their difference in power and tactics.
Fubuki (Hellish Blizzard) snow carried in strong winds, is the weaker of the two and often uses debris and other objects in her attacks.
Tatsumaki (Terrible Tornado) A powerful wind of destruction, rather self-explanatory of her ability to move and destroy even the largest objects with sheer psychic force.

I've been thinking about buying this game but I'm a bit unsure. For anyone who's played, how would you rate your experience with the game
Its really hard to evaluate the game for other people, a lot of people hate it as is clearly seen in youtube comments. Personally i found it enjoyable but its a bit grindy.
if you just want to play as a hero, beating monsters and stuff and don't mind how the battle looks then go for it. If you're looking for a top tier fighting game with amazing gameplay then probably don't.
