Well, it would make sense that Dream Saitama is really strong, as the sequence where he was in a dream has the Subterraneans as a lot stronger than they actually were, not Saitama being weaker.
Right cuz even though he still took damage he still ended them all in a single punch but he still had to exert himself more than he was used to and he actually felt when he punched them
Bic Mitchum opm would become ten times better if they finally introduced a enemy like that.
The very essence and point of the series is that no such enemy exists. Add an enemy that legitimately challenges Saitama, and you lose the essence of OPM and it becomes just another anime with an OP protag. If you want cool battles, look to the other characters and their battles or look elsewhere.
