A person sold one plot number in a venture to 2 different people .... 1st person registration has all 4 boundaries / directions wrong ... 2nd person registration has all 4 boundaries / directions correct and accurate when physically checked in the plot location. Now who has full rights of title 1st registered person (or) 2nd registered person ?

I had a question, i want to ask maybe you can help me with,
Property partition done (when head of the family is expired) on a stamp paper, all the 10 family members accept their share in the property and sign the partition agreement,
With elders and some socially active members as witnesses, Also the partition agreement is not registered
The main problem is that one family member get property share registered in the name of the head of the family, i.e, expired person, the question is that how to register the property on the name of the shareholder does all the 10 family members are required for the registration or it can also be done by few family members. That's all sir

Un rigistar document nu ma grand father and grandfather own brother division by assets in equal share but there un unrigistar agreement There are no witnesseb signed this partision

Unregistered agreement is invalid in view of law. It is considered as oral agreement.

Sir, if unregistered agreemeent of sale notarized and registered at notarized in book of notary lawyer.. is it good ? And 1% stamp duty paid on full consideration on unregistered agreements of sale. Their is dispute with property currently hence not registered someone else is in possession. Half land is empty. Original owner executed unregistered agreement of sale for full sale consideration. Many sellers go for unregistered agreement so that they can easily scape from buyers. Always unregistered agreements considered as oral agreements which doesn't have any value in view of law.
