Plaintiff filed specific suite based on unregistered agreement to sell. Paid just 1 lakh cash token money. Defendent during pendency of suite sold his land to third party. The land is now of third party. Still plaintiff has asked for intrim injunction. Are there any scope of plaintiff winning this case or getting any injunction ?
I want to put boundaries in my property but a share holder of a joint property has put an injunction even the partition suit was filed and had dismissed in 2012,can I sell the property by giving boundaries to it
Un registered agreement of sale can be used to file a suit for specific performance and not only for recovery of money, with UN registered agreement of sale with possession, buyer can't get protection under 53A of transfer of property act(doctrine of part performance ).supreme court considered the above fact, law says protection from sec 53A of tpa can be obtained only through registered document. Good evening one land of lease for 99 years the broker said me this is phatta land by mistake is come in assing land some of the correction in mandal so i put some to back door in the mandal now the land owner is rewise me my land is become patta land and not give position give me advice thanking you

Can cash transaction between buyer and seller be recovered if not mentioned in the unregistered agreement to sell document?
