They could in theory become some of the strongest Godzilla's but where we leave them at in their stories they are some of the weakest put to screen. That said, shin could wipe most of the rumbling line of titans with a single blast, along with most other Godzilla's. Let alone any one singular titan. Don't need to aim for the nape when the impact alone from the blast atomizes all the cells in a titans body with heat and pressure.
