    Very interesting to see the alembics in use here as opposed to Carl, Holstein, Vendome, or other column stills. I respect his passion and humility - very inspiring.
    Just to clarify a few Rickyisms: he means 'dilute', not 'denature'. If they were denaturing the alcohol it wouldn't be fit to drink. Pretty sure Beaujolais doesn't translate to 'old wood'.
