dont be rude ok.... in japan you can enjoy everything especially in osaka dont mentioned the money you have spend on that.. money cant buy hapiness right
Osaka is known as the comedy capital of Japan, and the people there are seen as being more expressive than others. My Japanese teacher is actually from Osaka and she's always complaining about how the people from northern Japan are aloof and have no sense of humor.
When you finally realise.... Inuyashiki is really an anime where two delusional people go around Osaka shouting "BANG!" at everyone, thinking they have super powers, can fly and cure cancer... and everybody in Osaka just go along with it for 11 whole episodes because they're nice people. What a great story.
I live in Tokyo. They see themselves as polite and humble, and further west as a bit more rude and aggressive (Osaka being an extreme example). The west sees themselves as more lively and fun, and Tokyo as boring and cold. They're both right about all those points to be honest.
It goes both ways if you ask someone from Tokyo about Osaka lol. It’s true though. Osaka is more loud, crazy, friendly while Tokyo is more proper, serious, and cold. It just depends on which lifestyle you prefer more.
Firstly, the clickbait is REAL with the adorable girl. Secondly, thanks for these lighter/positivity inducing videos every now and then Asian Boss! And thirdly, I should've done this when I went a couple months ago D:
LoveInHell wait why would I be jealous LOL. I'm a male who appreciates cuteness xd Just saying its clickbait cause her cuteness forces you to watch the video AHHHHH
I'm going to stay in Osaka for a half year, and since I love Tokyo I've felt a bit nervous about it but this video gave me a more positive image of Osaka :)
Velvet3den I heard from foreigner who has Japanese friend, she( the Japanese) told the foreigner, Japanese from Osaka and Japanese from Fukuoka don't like Japanese from Tokyo because they(Japanese from Osaka and Fukuoka) think Japanese from Tokyo are snobbish.
Elwen 1294 I've heard the same, as well as people from Tokyo warning me about Osaka people because they can be too much (like looking out for chikan etc)
Velvet3den So, I guess Japanese could dislike each other too depends on dialect and their region too:( What do you mean by 'looking out for chikan'? I am sorry English is not my native, so I am confused the term "looking out for" ._. Is that mean like Osaka people can grope you or sexually harassed foreigners on the train?._.
Elwen 1294 yes, well it happens in Tokyo too but those people meant since Osaka people are more straight forward the risk would be higher to meet a pervert xD not sure if it's true or just plain prejudices :p
Im from osaka. people here are a lot more friendly than tokyo. Theres also stronger accent for japanese so beware. My grandparents have the strongest osaka-ben
Osaka definitely have one of the friendliest people around. I went last year for one day, took the train from Tokyo. When I got to Osaka I was looking for Dontoburi, this young lady was with her mom and they asked if I needed helped and said they will walk me there. Even with their limited English they still tried to talk to me and get to know me. I was shocked because I’m not used to people being so nice. Thanks young lady with your mom.
I've been to Osaka a couple of times, and the people there are more outgoing than in any other part of Japan that I've visited, but still relatively reserved compared to the USA where I'm from. But, I've been at street concerts where, when the singer noticed a foreigner standing around watching, he started talking to me. He asked me if I knew who Shohei Ohtani was, and stuff like that.
The child in the stroller be staring at the adults like, "daddy, why are you talking to the wierd stranger and why is he holding a wierd black box to your face???"
Japan travel tips: If someone is messing with you in Osaka, tell them you're with The Shimano Family. If they're asking who's your boss, tell them it's Goro Majima.
To be honest when you go to Seoul, Daegu, Busan or Jeju Island most Korean people can speak English because of the academy schools and going overseas to the USA, Canada, England, Australia or New Zealand a lot. In general most Japanese do not emphasize a lot on English education. Look at Dave's ESL and then you see. You can tell by seeing it. I have been to Fukuoka back in July 2005.
This is hilarious 😂😂😂 at first I thought it was just a silly trend like the ones that pop up every few months in America, which is still funny, but it’s been going on for decades. That’s awesome!!!!!!
A Japanese stereotype is that they are always serious and lack the sense of humor, which I found out was for the most part false when I visited, so I'm glad that they did the video like this to show that Japanese people are in fact friendly and are humorous as well.
ビデオの最後の方の英訳で"definitely try 'bang' on a stranger."
I studied abroad in Osaka for a semester and I didn’t see this at all. I will say that the people I talked to in Osaka seemed to be much more friendly than the people I talked to in Tokyo.
Props to you guys for going to Osaka I always thought everywhere in Japan was just like Tokyo where it was super formal and reserved but Osaka definitely seems much easier going then Tokyo.
I'm from Nagoya. I always wanted to move to Osaka so badly! I've met way more nicer people from Osaka than Tokyo back in the day. If you know "culture" Tokyo doesn't have to represent Japan as a whole. People always ask me about Tokyo aa of the mass media and such. I'm living in U.S now but if I ever got a chance to move back, I would go for Osaka for sure.
PH too! They will laugh hard instead or ignore you just dont do it with rich people You know them they think they should be repected likr gods(most of)😉😂😂
Currently I am foreign student in Japan and I used to live in Osaka. Now I am living in a small city far from Osaka, but inside I am still Osaka-jin :D Osaka is the best!
If I did bang in Sweden most young people would laugh, older people would be annoyed. And a very few amount of people would react like the people in Osaka!
WOW, that was a different kind of video compared to others. And boy it was awesome! AMD THE INTERVIEWER LOOKS SO SYMPATHETICALLY! Even if you have one of your worst days, he will make you smile!
Must be a small city versus big city thing. While I can't speak for Osaka versus Tokyo, I definitely noticed the difference between people in Busan versus Seoul, when I was in Korea. I'd say life in Busan was slower paced, where people may have time to joke around, and the people there were definitely warmer and friendlier. The people in Busan also seemed less status conscious and more comfortable in their own shoes. Seems the same is true of Osaka.
That girl in black T-shirt and glasses is a bundle of joy! I was having a rough day, looking at her made me smile ☺️. If the girl is reading this then always be like the way you are 👍
These people made a great advertisement for their city. I so want to go there just to enjoy all the positiveness of this city. Such a cheerful video, I might be happy all day long now :)
When I decided to move to Asia, the plan was originally to move to Osaka. Financially it made more sense to move to SE Asia, so that's what I did. This makes me wish I had moved there! I heard only good things about the people there, and I guess this goes to show! That girl doing the impressions with her two friends was too funny. I really can't wait to visit Osaka!
Can confirm about people in Osaka are friendly and will talk to a stranger. I was lost and asked a group of 2 girls and 1 guy for some directions. As they escorted me where I needed to go. The guy asked me what I think of his lady friends and said they are looking for a boyfriend. Ahaha totally put me on the spot. If you smile at someone in Osaka, they will smile back.
You should definitely come to Osaka! And, you should try it, Bannng!!!
Spend $500 just to say bang? No thanks
dont be rude ok....
in japan you can enjoy everything especially in osaka
dont mentioned the money you have spend on that..
money cant buy hapiness right
Tatsuya, you're full of energy. Thanks for the video. It brings positivity.
Yes, I'm always full of energy! I make everybody fun. Thank you!
I think so, but It is very hard thing. If I go to Tokyo for this interview, I will cry. haha
The interviewees in Osaka do seem more enthusiastic and friendly compared to the interviews you've done in other Japanese cities actually.
Cos he is from Osaka? :D
Osaka is known as the comedy capital of Japan, and the people there are seen as being more expressive than others. My Japanese teacher is actually from Osaka and she's always complaining about how the people from northern Japan are aloof and have no sense of humor.
the most positive asian boss' video
dragonamu I was thinking the same thing when I watched this is the morning 😂😂
When you finally realise....

and everybody in Osaka just go along with it for 11 whole episodes because they're nice people.
What a great story.
Enuma Elis lol that anime, never knew it's a thing in real life good to know (y)
Hahahahaha psychological comedy

Word it's crazy
I am moving to Japan next month to live there and experience this magic.
Oh, snap. People from Osaka talking smack about people from Tokyo. 😂
HindsightPOV people in Tokyo talk smack about Osaka ?

The Dude Oraoraoraora....
Is this JoJo meme?
I feel like everything is JoJo these days.
I loved Osaka. It is so much fun!
loved?
jpsol21 past tense because I've been there, traveled all over there, and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. I am not there anymore lol.
Nani!?!
If I see you again I swear
Most refreshing video I've seen on this channel yet! Keep up the amazing work!
Firstly, the clickbait is REAL with the adorable girl.
Secondly, thanks for these lighter/positivity inducing videos every now and then Asian Boss!
And thirdly, I should've done this when I went a couple months ago D:
K Kim Calling that clickbait? I assume you have a rather jealous reaction tbh.
Dude there is a guy with a finger gun. calm your mind
LoveInHell wait why would I be jealous LOL. I'm a male who appreciates cuteness xd Just saying its clickbait cause her cuteness forces you to watch the video AHHHHH
not clickbait, but it is clickbait if you know what ai mean 😏
yeah it is sliiightly clickbait because she was only in the video very briefly, but not so bad as far as clickbaits go
The bowl cut hair girl is too cute
Greg Ibara yes!! she makes my heart melt!
Greg Ibara Agreed! She was the cutest one! I want her to be in the next Kdrama I watch 😂
Imani Mitchell She's not Korean, she's Japanese...
Imani Mitchell wtf
I didn’t know you had to be Korean to be in a Kdrama. I’ve seen plenty of Japanese actors in Kdramas
Osaka is the place to be!
I'm going to stay in Osaka for a half year, and since I love Tokyo I've felt a bit nervous about it but this video gave me a more positive image of Osaka :)

They are so funny.. didnt know they would react like that.
Well, it's not that funny, but it's kinda cute I guess.
I did this here in Canada and the bank teller gave me stacks of cash. Will try again 👍
The guy talks funny. Also it's nice learning about the differences from different cities. Reminds me LA vs NY.

Socorro eu pensei a mesma coisa
Alô cidade maravilhosa 🔫🔫
Infelizmente é a realidade
THIS IS SO ADORABLE 💕💕💕😂😂😂
Japanese can makes these types of jokes and it look like harmless fun, do this in USA and get beat up
so true
Americans need to stop being so violent and uptight then.
There cops will shoot u without any warning
Slice Of Life, just you
Dummy, how about if you do it in russia ?
If you go to Osaka, join a meetup and meet and speak to the locals who enjoy speaking English and meeting foreigners.
I can feel the diffrent between Osaka's ppl and Tokyo's. That was refreshing
Finally a positive video, rather than controversial/political from Asian Boss
All time I lived in Osaka, I never knew this... I'm sad, could have had so much fun
The child in the stroller be staring at the adults like, "daddy, why are you talking to the wierd stranger and why is he holding a wierd black box to your face???"
Gurl throwing serious shade: "We live a very peaceful life, here in Osaka so we usually don't get shot at. "
As an Osakan, I feel it was kind of her joke as well.
THE PEOPLE IN THE BACKGROUND STARING AT THEM PLAYING WITH IMAGINARY KATANAS THOUGH
cause they want also play with them XD
nobody is staring at them
Osaka people seem really fun. Guess I’ll change my accomodation from Kyoto to Osaka then for my upcoming trip

This is hilarious 😂😂😂 at first I thought it was just a silly trend like the ones that pop up every few months in America, which is still funny, but it’s been going on for decades. That’s awesome!!!!!!

Lol definitely going to try this now. I love seeing how people react to things so I'm surprised I never thought of something so simple
HIROKO.. please make this video in Tokyo, let's see how the Tokyoites really reacts to Bang.
Kotoko Chiharu hahaha really wanna try it out!
Can't agree more. Make it happen, Asian Bosses.
Hiroko TV

上述した通り大阪にいる人が全部大阪人とは限りません。妙な誤解や不要な争いを生む可能性があるので"a stranger"という表現は止めて下さい。
That woman with the black shirt, yellow bag and spectacles is a golden retriever in Osakan form.
I studied abroad in Osaka for a semester and I didn’t see this at all. I will say that the people I talked to in Osaka seemed to be much more friendly than the people I talked to in Tokyo.
This was fun to watch ☺
Props to you guys for going to Osaka I always thought everywhere in Japan was just like Tokyo where it was super formal and reserved but Osaka definitely seems much easier going then Tokyo.
I’m so glad I clicked on this video
LOL! This was so random but I loved it! BAAAANG! When I go to Osaka next spring, I'm trying this out on people hahaha.
7:55 the fact they laughed when she told him "Don't intervene!" just shows how funny Japanese people find Manzai to be
I visited Osaka just a week ago. The people there are so friendly and helpful and there is so much to do. Would def recommend a visit to Osaka!
If i ever visit japan i definitely want to go to osaka the people look so nice
i can recomend you this great city nowhereis it easier to make kontakt with japanese people then in osaka kay maybe Okinawa too...
FeeDBacKMKII that's true. Japanese are in general very cold and reserved but people from osaka are known for their extraverted-out going personality.
Tia Stevens same😄

This video made me fell in love with Osaka.
Only in japan can you do this and not get beaten up
I can think of a few other countries, but I get your point! 😊👍
Pretty sure I could do this in most places I've lived.
maybe Korea too if it was a trend there
PH too!
They will laugh hard instead or ignore you just dont do it with rich people
You know them they think they should be repected likr gods(most of)😉😂😂
This video had a very different feel to it, and I enjoyed it quite a bit. The interviewer's charisma took it to another level

Oh my 😂😂😂 But it's true!
The guy in the end who cut in front of the camera... just showed how Osaka people are in life :D
Currently I am foreign student in Japan and I used to live in Osaka. Now I am living in a small city far from Osaka, but inside I am still Osaka-jin :D Osaka is the best!
Ahhh one of the reasons why TREASURE Asahi is so naturally funny! He's from Osaka !!!
HOW ADORABLE
This made my day...very informative ..and my love for Japan just "shot" up further
That small girl with glasses and short hair it's melting down my heart
For a country with a dark past, the Japanese are very delightful people.
If I did bang in Sweden most young people would laugh, older people would be annoyed.
And a very few amount of people would react like the people in Osaka!
make sure you only do it in osaka.
Shut up
Osaka-ben is so refreshing to hear!
WOW, that was a different kind of video compared to others. And boy it was awesome! AMD THE INTERVIEWER LOOKS SO SYMPATHETICALLY! Even if you have one of your worst days, he will make you smile!
My Hometown!!嬉しい !! ありがとう!! ASIAN BOSS!

真優梨ちゃん でしょう~
Gosh this was a very fun video. I enjoyed the lightness of it.
確かに大阪の方は可愛くてオモロイ❤
ー韓国人ー
the dude who actually laid on the floor is way too funny
I dont think people appreciate this enough, but from the looks of this video, i love how the editor didn't cherry pick the reactions haha.
I would love to visit here someday! Bang!
The people seem so open and talkativ! Why is there such a huge difference between Tokyo and Osaka?
Talk about charm! Osaka people must have it in loads
Osaka is Japans equivalent of Scotland for those who dont know
And people still don't know because that makes no sense lol
literally no one knows or cares about scotland lol
Kitty do men wear skirts in Osaka ?
No, I live in Scotland no one does it.
young neil i care😛
thanks for the video, it was pleasant to see such a lovely and friendly place in the modern society where ignoring strangers has become the norm
Their humor is so pure
I need to go to Osaka as soon as possible😍💜😍 the people are so nice and cute it‘s mind blowing 🙈 love them
That girl in black T-shirt and glasses is a bundle of joy! I was having a rough day, looking at her made me smile ☺️. If the girl is reading this then always be like the way you are 👍
Its crazy how more expressive they are in Osaka then they are in Tokyo.

This made my day... Ty Asian Boss!
The interviewer was having so much fun haha!
i will go to Osaka this September!! so excited to use this when I am visiting Osaka!!
