To be fair, its a right under the constitution to have access to a lawyer. Someone has to represent Trump here, unless he waives that right. All lawyers will have a client that they know did it, but have to legally defend their actions to mitigate the consequences if not entirely avoid.

Only way to make sure he quits breaking his gag order for at least 12 days. No stints on court steps, just walk from court jail to court room and back. No cell phone, no internet, no cameras. It isolation will drive him up the smooth concrete walls.

I have watched Maya Wiley, Hugo Lowell and Joyce Vance over the years. I have heard the latter attorney more than the other two guests and am not choosing favorites, but I am always very impressed with Joyce's ability to explain issues so painstakingly perfect. Oh, to be as wise and informed as these guests! I know that it takes years of hard work to get to their level of excellence.
