How can you coordinate with the Pastor if you eventually move to 4-6 weeks ahead in planning? I love the idea of supporting the pastor and we use to do that at our previous church. I’ve been at this new church for 6 months now and they don’t coordinate with him, but that doesn’t mean that I can’t. I’m comfortable enough with the team and all now that I feel I can text our Pastor and mention supporting him and that I’m trying to coordinate songs with His message if he could give me a slight idea of what he’ll be speaking on, but I’m not sure how to do that 4-6 weeks ahead….
