@@757-David he’ll be 35 the next time he steps on an NBA court again & you make it seem like you’d trade post season success for regular season play. Jimmy has missed 3 playoff games in his 5 years in Miami. I’d prefer 3 almost finals births w/ no improvements to any roster than playing in some more regular season games

There are two people in NBA basketball you never cross: Pop and Pat. Pop will cut you in a heartbeat. Pat... I can't say without getting censored.
I like that Pat called him out, but are we going to call out Pat for the roster construction and not giving Jimmy enough help. Or not calling out Bam who hasn’t taken the next step offensively and barely has a mid range game. Even without Jimmy on the floor the roster should not have been that uncompetitive. Jimmy’s championship window is closing and the Heat keep bringing in undrafted players as starters hoping to beat more established teams.

The roster was built with the idea that they were going to lure a top free agent there at some point and that hasn't materialised. I really think they thought they were going to get Giannis.

They’ve made fringe moves like bringing in Kyle lowrie for veteran experience, etc, but they hadn’t even attempted to land anyone major till last years rumor about Dame. Jimmy is literally on an island and makes the best lemonade out of lemons 🍋 that he can.

I like Jimmy as a player but he seems to think he's way better than he is. Miami could've been 100% healthy and they still would've only gotten one more game at the most against the Celtics. Jimmy isn't good enough to be the best player on a championship team. He'd be a fantastic Pippen type player next to someone else's Jordan, but he can't be your #1 option to win it all.
