    I love playing as a rogue, it's just has such a simple yet effective kit.
    Role-playing is also gold,there's this stereotype of the edgy rogue, but you don't really role-playing rogue as its fullest until you play as a childish and empathic character arcane trickster.
    Also, sneack->hide->sneak->hide... is broken.

      for some reason i never entirely vibe with playing a rogue, I think they´re a lot of fun but it always feels like something is missing. I haven´t played an arcane trickster tho so maybe I should try that

    I don’t like the Paladin one. Is it so improbable that some people are actually good people, and that makes some people feel insecure about their own inability to be selfless more often? Ah well, good video otherwise, I would just be more positive overall. A lot of these come across accusatory.

    • @worldwarlock

      Ahh genuinely sorry for that, all of these are jokes and I honestly don't think anyone's a bad person purely based on their dnd class😅i really like paladins actually!! Sorcerer -> i read way past 14 more like 35 but now way less.
    "have been trying to start writing your own Fantasy novel,.."
    WTF thats mental, every Sorcerer player does that?
    Thats way to accurate for me,...
    ----
    On Cleric, when i play one it is not a flawed one.
    -> Life Clerice
    Dwarf
    Name:
    Elrim Eisenfinger
    Age:
    ~422 (every day could be his last)
    Deity:
    Sharindlar
    Symbol:
    Burning needle
    He is afraid of sleeping in the dark, afraid that he will not see the next morning.
    Well aware that his time is running out and fulfilling his deitys mission to help his companions is at stake.
    Sharindlar, also known as the Lady of Life and Mercy, was the chaotic good dwarven deity of healing and mercy. Sharindlar represented an aspect of dwarven life rarely seen by others. Her command of fertility expanded her clergy's influence over animal husbandry along with developing new varieties of crops.[1]
    Followers of Sharindlar came from all walks of life from dwarves struck down during combat to commoners accepting vows of marriage.[1]
    Clerics of Sharindlar were called Thalornor or "those who are merciful". These clerics aided the sick and injured and educated young dwarves on proper courting rituals. They prayed for their spells in the morning.[1]
    Holy ceremonies dedicated to Sharindlar were often practiced when the moon began to wax at Greengrass, Midsummer Night, and during a full moon. Dwarves would celebrate Sharindlar with dance, chanting, and offering gold items into a sanctified cauldron.[1]
    Temples to Sharindlar were usually large halls that had enough room for dancing and celebration, along with plenty of intimate guest rooms for visiting worshipers.[1]
    Sharindlar established good relations with the other members of the dwarven pantheon, including tenative friendships with the likes of Laduguer, Deep Duerra and Abbathor. The Lady of Life and Mercy occasionally acted as an intermediary between Moradin and any exiled deities they needed to act together. Sharindlar shared great kinship with Shiallia, who was believed to be her daughter from Tapann.[1][4]
    ---
    Quirks:
    Can’t sleep in total darkness, needs some kind of lighting.
    Prays for every corpse, friend or foe, that he comes across.
    Never curses or uses any deity’s name in vain and disapproves of those who do so.
    quotes:
    (sorry all in german)

    I really like the concept of a Ranger. I want to love the class. Unfortunately its implementation has not lived up to that concept. Even now in 2024, they want Rangers to focus more on hunter's mark, but also didn't make the damage scale up like sneak attack, and is still concentration.

    Whaaaa!?!? I was forced to play a monk and made the DM regret it. I was like unamormored-fine- my character will wear only the bones, and perhaps skins from creatures found or those fallen to my fists-- if you will not allow this i travel naked. Oh, everybody lost their armor & weapons? Good thing all need to equip are my fists. . . I sharpened my teeth & nails and got good. I knew I wasn't stealing the show, but I certainly was not friendly & forgettable. Just forgettable enough to pull off absurd stunts to avoid meticulousky crafted TPKs.
