    Do you have videos on how to screen print onto a sheet? I love that you have all the colors on the image already without having to layer the vinyl.

    • @transferexpress
      @transferexpress  2 года назад +1

      Hi Cristina! Printing these custom screen printed transfers is what we do! So, you can have the same screen-printed result on a t-shirt with just a heat press and none of the mess of printing/cleaning up inks, exposing emulsions or any of that traditional screen printing stuff...
      We love not having to layer vinyl or weed small details too!

    Hi, notice u not using butcher or parchment paper when heat pressing garment, don't need to use with your decals?

    • @transferexpress
      @transferexpress  3 года назад +2

      With most of our transfers we don't require a coversheet- Our cold peel transfers (like UltraColor) require a cover sheet when pressing.

    Hello, your video was helpful. However, I was hoping you would show or explain in more detail how to get the designs to the transfer sheets. Is Elasti print used on different transfer sheets than “goof proof”?

    • @transferexpress
      @transferexpress  2 года назад

      Hey Nick! Elasti Prints is printed on a cold release carrier, vs the hot peel carrier for Goof Proof.
      The way it works is you order the designs on transferexpress.com by uploading your own artwork or using our free online designer. We print the transfers for you and ship them ready to apply. No weeding or additional work needed- just press and peel!

    Can the goof proof be made in multiple colored designs?

    • @transferexpress
      @transferexpress  2 года назад +1

      You bet! We recommend our Goof Proof transfers for designs up to 4 colors (although we'll print as many ink colors as you want) Once the color counts start getting higher it is typically more economical for print cost to use one of our full color transfers like UltraColor Soft or UltraColor Max where the pricing does not increase with each ink color.

    I know you have a minimum order of like 5 sheets. Can I put different graphics on each sheet or do they have to be mirrors of each other. Reason I ask is I may have one order of 12 shirts with one logo and 24 shirts with a different logo. Just buying 12 sheets for 12 shirts is kinda pricey. I see that kinda works with the full color, gang two jobs on one sheet

    • @transferexpress
      @transferexpress  2 года назад

      Depending on the size of your graphic you can put multiple images per sheet, however all of the sheets then must be the same artwork. We have an awesome video on gang sheets here: ruclips.net/video/ko8KitUQxog/видео.html

    • @transferexpress
      @transferexpress  Год назад

      Great question- the UltraColor Soft transfers that Jason shows here are a hybrid transfer: Digitally printed inks with a screen printed adhesive backing.
      Our UltraColor Max Heat Transfers (released after this video was published) are a true, Direct-To-Film heat transfer- available at 6 cents per square inch in any quantity (no minimums). You can learn more here: www.transferexpress.com/heat-applied-transfers/ultracolor-max

    How transfers can you get out. Of one sheet

    • @transferexpress
      @transferexpress  2 года назад

      Hi Shirley, it depends on the size of your graphic: You can typically fit one or two full chest prints, 6-12 Left Chest or sleeve-sized prints or up to 25 small inside tag prints or single-lines of text.
      Alternatively, we do have jumbo gang sheets (12.5 x 17.5) available as well as our standard sheets (11.25 x 14)- We fit a whole bunch in this gang sheet video: ruclips.net/video/LgMwyNpOleg/видео.html
      And you can see how much can fit on a jumbo sheet here: ruclips.net/video/cUks6wRYQbU/видео.html

    What do you mean by the customers who want No Hand? 07:55

    • @transferexpress
      @transferexpress  2 года назад +1

      Jason is referring to the feel of the inks on the shirt. Hot Split is
      "Hand" is typically referred to in the industry as 'the feel of plastisol inks' - So "No Hand" or Soft Hand" is just a way of describing that you can't really feel the print- just the fabric of the t-shirt.

    These are great 👍 but once u go more than 2 colors.. makes ur shirts 👕 to expensive to sell. Best stick to silkscreen or vinyl. They literally charge like $ 13-18 a sheet. With cost of shirt.. you have sell your merch at 40 a shirt

    • @transferexpress
      @transferexpress  2 года назад +1

      You're right, at low quantities, the 2+ color transfers can get up there in cost, but for volume (even at like 18 Qty) those sheets are down to $7 for a 11.25 x 14" 2 color plastisol print, and $5 at 36 quantity. . Fitting as much as you can on the sheet (gang sheeting) can help lower the print cost as well.
      If you have multiple colors in your design and need low quantity we also have our UltraColor Max transfers that have no quantity minimum, can be ordered as single images or gang sheets up to 22 x 22" at just 6 cents per square inch. Using these transfers is much more profitable for orders under 12 quantity and multiple colors.
      If you were to price out 6 shirts with a 2 color print at any online printshop, they're $38-40 depending on which blank you select.

    what is the name of the paper you used

    • @transferexpress
      @transferexpress  2 года назад

      The paper is our own release paper... But, these are screen printed transfers, so they're not toner or sublimated digital prints. They're printed with the same plastisol inks you would see traditionally screen printed on fabric, which makes an identical final result on your t-shirt.
