@12:25 the excess fuel you saw during that cold start is likely from your Afterstart Enrichment which only last a short time and goes back to zero where your actual cold start enrichments take over.
Notice from .85 lambda it jumped right to your cold target of .95 lambda which is perfect for cold start as the engine is cold the atomization of fuel is less a mist and more a liquid spray from the injectors.
Update: it could also be from your cranking fuel as during cranking the ECU doesn’t pull from the VE table but directly from the % DC during cranking
I wouldn’t worry about it but unless it lasted way longer but yes you can adjust it to suit 😉
@24:30 camshaft wise remember it’s the wife’s car not yours 😂 doint go too aggressive maybe a 264/272 would be good Kelford but GSC makes some really good camshafts which have more gains than losses RE to response.

man you are giving out such good info dude great content. I cant wait to get my 240 running, instead of running the haltec like you did i'm running proefi. I found out that i didn't need that converter box that you are talking about. Since i am doing all the wiring myself i actually learned a ton with wiring the auto up. Its nice to cause with the Proefi i dont have to use alot of stuff since it will run on logic or something like that.
Interesting to see someone going a different route with the auto transmissions for the MKIV - will be exciting to follow along!
As far as cams goes, I don't think you would move the curve too far to the right with 272's. It might help with spool though for the 6870.
For reference, I have a 6466/cast manifold with GSC S2's (274's) through an ATF auto with a 4K stall - the car is vicious on the street. Extremely responsive around town, running 36psi on the stock bottom end and shifts around 7600. So I would think that you have quite a bit of headroom there.
Otherwise, been a long time follower. Love your attention to detail regarding absolutely everything!

That’s awesome bro I just got my 6870 turbo can wait to get it on with phr s23 manifold and 264 cams vvti 2j my goal is around 750 to the wheels
turbo is really big for only 750 wheel.. itll make right at 900-950 on a mustang dyno. I think its my favorite size setup, i have a 3.4 and the 6870 just makes it feel like a large engine, barely tell its a turbo car really.
264 cams and I wonder what the vvti map looks like. I’ve yet to see one tuner impress me with their vvti settings.
