- If you are visiting my channel, you'll notice most of my videos are for a video game called "smite". Its a new channel and I'm looking to make lots of different content, so please make suggestions if you enjoyed this!
Also, there's a few things I left out that are actually kind of important.
These theories are not inspired by religious beliefs. Just silly observations
Slugworth may also represent a Judas figure
The factory is a representation of human obsession and sin.
The deadly sins are also commonly associated with "the rings of hell" as popularly written by Dante in the Divine Comedy. I believe the movie can also be closely associated with the story of Dante's Inferno, with Charlie being Dante, Wonka being the devil, and his grandpa being Virgil.
Lust is the only sin I had trouble figuring out, which is why I didn't put in an actual theory about it lol.
Also of course the movie is actually very positive and has a message of being good to others. This theory is mainly nonsense lol. - Игры
In the movie, grandma Josephine says ‘if only his father were still alive’ so Charlie did have a father, he’s just dead
The movie does mention his father, it is in the very first scene that it shows the family, as grandpa Joe is complaining about being in bed, someone says "if only his father were alive"
You got me, this video was supposed to be a mockery of my own theory, since its very clearly untrue, but still fun to think about lol.
@@gozii8990 Sometimes truth is stranger than fiction.
His wife, Grandma Joesphine is the one who says "If only his father was alive". In the books Joe and Joesphine are Charlie's parental grandparents but in both movies there is maternal grandparents
Oh well this was still fun
And actually you can compare Charlie’s father to god, as he doesn’t allow him to eat candy (sin)
Simple the devil didnt want to be evil anymore, so.he gives hell away, and leaves
Jesus is what everyone needs
Amen
Allah there is no deity but him do not worship Jesus when Jesus said the lord is one ☝️ follow the right path
@@evencbos9817 Jesus says before Abraham was I AM.
Amen
No:
Charlie=Envy
Augustus=Gluttony
Violet=Pride
Veruca=Greed
Mike=Sloth (Or wrath, since the whole gun thing, and he was seen with a short temper at several times in the movie)
Charlie could definitely be envy, but I would stick with veruca being wrath. unfortunately there's 5 kids and 7 sins lol. That's why I had to add the parents. The theory is so loosely put together lol
Gozii Not really. Like "Lust"? It's a kid's movie so they're not going to put that. But I'd say Veruca IS Wrath and Greed. I think it's safe to say they can mean more than one, especially since she was probably the worst kid, so it fits nicely. Good video, by the way!
I think the seven deadly sins deal is more like this:
Augustus gloop: gluttony. pretty self explanatory.
Veruca Salt: greed. She always wants more regardless of everything she has
Violet Beuregarde: pride. always full of herself and boasts about her records
Mike Teavee: sloth. always watches TV
Grandpa Joe: envy. He wants Wonka's factory and charlie's ticket
Charlie: lust. He has an intense desire for chocolate and other candies
Wonka: wrath. He always criticizes others for their flaws.
Wily winks is wrath
Mike=Wrath
Grandpa Joe=Sloth (for doing nothing for 20 years straight without helping his starving family when he can clearly sing and dance like a spry man and saying that the golden ticket is his even though he did nothing to earn it)
His mother was a widow
I'd consider this not exactly the truth but another way to look at the movie
Never got the ending when the elevator goes into the sky
What's up is down to satanists
Neither did I. Some films seem to leave you puzzled.
I watched it today for the first time i think.. at first i thought willy wonka was good...oh boy how i was wrong i was so scared when he didnt even panic when the kids were dying just like when Augustus was drowning willy wonka only cared about his chocolate lake and not for Augustus the first red flag was when they read that agreement thingy but had to sign it before knowing what it said at the very bottom that was rlly sketchy....
I feel like the new 2005 Charlie is lust. He's such a fucing mini Jesus.
I believe Varuka represents All Sin
Some director must of notice this stuff and that's probably why they made the new one.
Exactly
I search for theorys of Movies and Series
- Lazy Town is hell
-Star-Wars is hell
-13 Reasons Why is hell
-Harry Potter is hell
And now
-Willy Wonka's chocolate factory is hell.
Ezra G. So basically all the great movies are either hell or has some connection with iluminati..hhmmm
Lazy town is hell:
Stingy-greed
Ziggy-gluttony
Mayor Meanswell-Sloth
Trixie-pride
Sportacus-an Angel
Robbie Rotren-an dark Angel
“It’s our Charlie!”
“*ours? It’s mine bitch!*”
10,000 tons of ice cream? That's roughly the weight of the Eiffel Tower. The fuck are you going to store all that?
2:38 So who is Willy Wonka/The devil giving the souls to. Am starting to have Cuphead vibes here.
me too xd, I think I remember this
devil - what you said :v
and I do not forget that the speaking dice always accompanies him xd
that series charlie
wow xdddddd
It seems to me the foam spitting car had just enough seats. Hmmmmmmmmm.....................
Thanks for ruining my childhood
Your opening is the shit! So good, dude. Made me laugh AND think!
A very good theory of what the plot is based off of. Nice work.
Charlie's father wasn't really in the book either
Yes he was. He worked at the toothpaste factory and is seen in the house as well.
Why didn't u mention the boat ride where they show a all seeing eye lizards and evil pictures?
Is no one going to talk about shnozberries
4:28 that scene scared me
Actually in the London musical, I think Oompa Loompas compare Veruca going the garbage chute to a trip to Hell. More evidence I guess for your theory.
This theory needs to be put on the remake not the original!
It fits the remake so much better
Definitely reaching a bit but I smell what your stepping in
You've clearly never read Dante's Inferno....
The factory is earth ...
The 1971 version can't go to hell all the time.
You have got to be kidding me.
Maybe willy and slugsworth are trying to take out the seven deadly sins how else do you explain the precise room seatings on the viechles etc.
I thought the Ompah Loomphas were Wonks's slaves. Seeing them as imps makes much sense.
he rescued them and they had nowhere else to go
No Varuka is greed
De music tho
I think I proved the point and the point is no one cares
fertilization in the boat?
So can we trust you???
Try saying Willy Wonka with an American accent, and then ask yourself what the rest of this title could mean!
If Wonka is the devil, then why is he so nice to Charlie?
He has to lure him down somehow.
@@Mike09017 Fair enough
I remember that I made a pact with the devil to be the best maker of sweets and gave him his soul, so I would like him to return instead in child sacrifices but not in pure soul only in sins, and he gave him only manufactures not only for that if not so that the power of charlie yes to the change
wow dark theory right? XD
@@thekida.m.5103 Now I won't be able to sleep
@@fleeg3064 thanks .D
AMEN
WTF IS THIS?!
LOL Lust @ Mrs. Teavee
I had nothing for that, so I figured why not haha.
Well, she is a bit flirty with Wonka at the beginning of the movie.
Ahem... the ompa loompa is just one person acting in some parts of the movie they are replaced with robots so bassicly a multiplying demon or a wizard there was one deleted scene where he acts crazy because he had a phobia which changes his emotion because his dad did not pay attention to him he lacks of support and attention and the boat has perfectly enough seats for everyone except the fat kid so it’s a death trap he knows people will minus and he didn’t kill Charlie because so he can be responsible for the dead body’s in the 2 movie Charlie’s dad is in it but they are poor so he might be alive FOR NOW MWAHAHA
What does Bible say??
1 Corinthians 15:32 If I fought wild beasts in Ephesus with no more than human hopes, what have I gained? If the dead are not raised, “Let us eat and drink, for tomorrow we die.”
1 John 2:16 For everything in the world-the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life-comes not from the Father but from the world.
Proverbs 8:13 13To fear the LORD is to hate evil; I hate pride and arrogance, evil behavior and perverse speech.
1 Timothy 6:10
For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evils. It is through this craving that some have wandered away from the faith and pierced themselves with many pangs.
Proverbs 19:15
Slothfulness casts into a deep sleep, and an idle person will suffer hunger.
Believe in Allah who sent messengers Jesus Moses Noah and Muhammad peace be upon all of them
