I’m going to make this a lap blanket for my mom. My aunty (her sister) passed away a few years ago suddenly and we always associate dragon flies with her. So this is so special to us. Thank you so much for this beautiful pattern. P.s. I like the music. It’s calming when and crochet can get frustrating so it helps with that.
@kelseymaev did you ever make this into a lap blanket? I want to do the same and just wondering how many starting chain would be. My Dad passed in May and we see dragonflies everywhere now!
@@littlepixie12 yes I did! And I don’t remember I’m sorry. But I do remember making some of the squares as single squares and laid them out to figure out how long to make it. Hope that helps! Sorry it was so long ago
I’m a crocheter with a couple projects under my belt and I thought this was a great tutorial! So easy to follow! I didn’t do a scarf I did another project with the dragon fly patter and it works really well for that to. Great work!🎉🧶❤
I have been looking for YEARS for a free dragonfly pattern like this!!!! I actually prefer the box style like this one and not the off-center one that I have found where people want me to pay big $$$ for, which i don't have much of. In my humble opinion, this style looks so much nicer. Especially for a new little princess being born very soon! My 3rd grand niece!!! (I also have a grand nephew as well). Each of the first 3 all have their own special one-of-a-kind afghan, in the middle of the others is their name. This one is going to have her name as well 🥰 >j
Thankyou so much for your comment, it made my day! I am glad you liked it and I could help you with a pattern you really wanted for so long! I would love to see the lucky baby's afghan when its complete! ❤️☺️
@creationsofParadis. I also have a little girl coming into my life, much like you I did the same and made him his on blanket. If you don't mind how many chains did you do for her blanket?
I love this!! Do you have a pattern for butterfly. Exactly like this? I am making prayer scarfs and would love to put butterflies. If not it will be a pleasure and follow your instructions for dragon fly.
Hi! First off, such a lovely pattern 😍 could you please clarify how many stitches did you make for just one dragonfly? I want to make a sweater and I am about to make a swatch but need to know how many stitches goes for only one dragonfly. Thanks:)
Could you please let us know the type of yarn used as well as hook size and total amount of yarn used, or refer us to a pattern. Its a very pretty scarf.
Thank you so much!! I am using a fingering weight yarn which is 100% cotton. I used 3mm hook for it and used 400 grams of yarn to make the whole scarf. Hope this helps! ❤️☺️

why the music.
I agree-the music was distracting and made her instructions more difficult to hear.
Thank you for your feedback. I have noted this and will keep this in mind for my further videos ☺️❤️
they do have subtitles so u can read what she is saying
No mention of how much yarn was used or the hook size, which was too bad because the pattern is very nice.
I have used a total of 400 gms yarn and have used a 3mm hook.. hope that helps ❤️☺️
get rid of the dam music.
Just stumbled on your comment. It doesn’t take much to be nice to someone.
