Hi Mark and Simply Scuba team,
Firstly thank you for all the great videos, I am new to diving and this channel has been great for helping me understand more about the different styles of kit.
I have been looking at the Mares Trim since it came into your store, I will be a travelling diver mostly, but also plan on trying to get diving in the UK. Would this have enough lift for dry suit diving or 7mm semi-dry diving? I am hoping to find a sort of travelling BCD that can do everything.

Hi Mark, l’ve learned a lot from your review videos, but I got two questions for this BCD.
Can you replace the bladder if broken? And where to buy the exact bladder of this BCD?
Cause usually those Backplate and harness style BCDs can replace the broken parts pretty easily, but I didn’t see the replacement donut for this BCD on the Mares website. Any advices?

I can chime in. I have had issues replacing parts not normally available as a price point to the public. You can think of it like a warranty issue. Reach out to where you bought it ie,. dive store website. if you bought it thru amazon then your only option is to reach out to manufacturer. It will be treated as a non warrenty item and be billed accordingly. I am looking into getting this for my wife so the concernes are there. hope this helps out

Hello there @Simply Scuba. I have a question reg this back plate. Do I need additional back trim weight pockets or not?

treat it like anything else .. buy the trim pockets just in case and if you never have to use it then keep it in your save a dive kit. bouyency is never the same it changes by the items you bring, wear or not wear so having the trim pockets are good insurance.
