The carnivore/lion diet healed my chronic inflammation. No more pain whatsoever, I feel light as a feather. I used to wake up exhausted, but now I wake up with a lot of energy ready to work out, looking forward to doing things I could not do when I had inflammation. Look for Dr. Anthony Chaffee and Dr Ken Berry Carnivore diet here on RUclips.

I got rid of chronic inflammation by eating the lion diet/the carnivore diet in just two weeks. Beef, salt and water. Before that, I suffered from inflammation throughout my body for two decades. That caused me joint pain, headaches and migraines with aura, swollen legs with pins pinching like pain that I could barely walk or sleep, felt exhausted even right after waking up, irritability. Because of that I did not leave my house for many years, could not even go to the groceries store. Was even hard to clean my house. Inflammation took the best years of my life but now I'm back to normal, all the pain I experienced was due to inflammation. Once that was gone, every symptom I described was magically gone. Two weeks, that's all it took. I also lost weight and now I have so much energy and good sleep, mind is sharp, I wake up like I did in my early twenties full of energy ready to work out.

I've recently been diagnosed with fibromyalgia but lived with it all my life, I also suffered from endometriosis, IBS, and chronic inflammation. The carnivore diet got rid of the chronic inflammation, brain fog, swollen legs, headaches, migraines with aura and IBS in just two weeks. My endometriosis has not improved drastically, it still hurts but not as bad as before.

I had that for over thirty years and the things that helped me were no wheat, dairy, caffeine or pork for two weeks before my period. I had to stop using all plastics when microwaving and storing hot food. I had to eliminate everything with canola oil in it. I was against birth control but finally got a mirena and it’s helped significantly. Don’t cut corners on this advice if you decide to take it and eliminating alcohol will help you as well

I went to a registered dietitian and they were useless. They had never heard of Salicylate Sensitivity or MACAS or Histamine Intolerance. I have multiple food allergies and was diagnosed with Mast Cell Activation Syndrome. They were beyond useless. I got more information from my GP.

Have you heard of a cruciferous diet? Cruciferous greens and veggies are the only greens and veggies designed to heal the body. Cruciferous is NOT broccoli spinach or kale they have either lectins or oxalates/oxalic acid which cause inflammation in the body. Bitter greens and veggies are the only foods designed to heal.

I have a few pressing questions, if anyone can help, please. I'm asking because I periodically have joint pain but can't get any decent information from my doctor. I really would like answers but don't know how to find out. Thanks in advance.
    1) How do you know if you've got inflammation? If my CRP is less than 1, does that mean that I don't have any inflammation in my body?
    2) About 20 years ago, I had "Reactive Arthritis" following tonsillitis. Every joint was absolute agony - for more than a year - but every blood test was normal and no inflammatory markers were ever shown to be present. How is that possible and is a CRP therefore meaningless?
    3) Finally....I've had tendonitis in my shoulder for a decade. Now my elbow and thumb are also very painful. On the basis that anti-inflammatory pills (eg Ibuprofen) are very effective for the pain, should I conclude that it's caused by inflammation? If the answer is yes, would that suggest general inflammation throughout my body or could it be confined to the areas mentioned?

Chicken is highly inflammatory. ALL animals have at least 5 x more arachidonic acid ( that causes inflammation).

Meat does not cause inflammation, carbohydrates, sugar and processed foods does. I've been on a carnivore/lion diet for over a month, my chronic inflammation is gone and it only took two weeks. Search for Mikhaila Peterson Ted talk. She was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis at the age of 7 and had ankle replacement surgery in the same year, and hip replacement in her teen years. Since the doctors could not help her, her mom started to eliminate certain foods from her diet and it was actually everything besides meat that she got arthritis flare ups. Meat healed her and it's healing me and many others. The "no carb life" you tube channel has many testimonies from all sorts of people that are even reversing diabetes with the carnivore diet.
