Hat mir auch sehr geholfen. Vielen Dank dafür. ❤ Habe jetzt 12 Wochen etwas geschafft was für mich schon bisschen schwierig war. Überraschenderweise und d Gott sei Dank gar nicht wegen den erwarteten Begleiterscheinungen. Aber ich hab halt doch die ein oder andere Dekade mit diesen Dingen vertrödelt und da ist es gar nicht immer so leicht sich das abzugewöhnen. Aber das habe ich eigentlich ganz gut hingekriegt. Und dadurch auch gelernt das ich eigentlich ne Menge schaffen und verändern kann. Und mein sturer Döskopp auch was gutes hat: man kann FU ja nicht nur zum Leben und zu dem was andere wohl denken sagen sondern auch zu schlechten Angewohnheit. 😂 Ich weiß das es Leute gibt die nur darauf warten das ich wieder in alte Verhaltensmuster abgleite. Wenn ich ne Flasche Energydrink ansetzen und sie triumphierend fragen was ich trinke weil sie die Marke nicht kennen oder wenn sie meine Etiketten lesen. Aber das regt mich nicht auf. Das motiviert mich und meinen sturen Schädel.😂
Und nebenbei habe ich auch noch andere Sachen ganz gut hingekriegt. Das alles zeigt mir: da geht was. Und ich glaube auch, dass ich andere Dinge, die in mir schlummern und auf Lösung warten, hinkriegen kann. Ich weiß nur noch nicht so richtig wie. Aber auch das gelingt mir. Hoffentlich bald!❤
