Nam Vahn Khoa Lod Chong Dessert Recipe
    Clear Limestone Water Mixing:
Soak 100g of limestone in 8 or 9 cups of cold water.
Mix thoroughly and let it sit for 24 hours or overnight.
After settling, remove 6 to 7 cups of clear limestone water.
Save the remaining water in a labeled plastic container for later use.
    Making Pandan Water:
Use a handful of pandan leaves (20 or more).
Chop them finely for better blending.
Blend with 4 cups of clear limestone water as shown in the video.
Mixing Tapioca Flour, Rice Flour, and Pandan Extract:
Combine 1/2 cup of tapioca flour and 2 cups of rice flour in a blender.
Add 4 cups of pandan leaf extract.
Pour an additional 2 cups of clear limestone water into the flour mix.
Let the mixture settle for about 10 minutes before cooking.
    Cooking Process:
Boil the mixture over medium heat, stirring continuously.
Refer to the video for details.
Once ready, turn off the heat and pour into molds as shown in the video.
Serve with crushed ice. Enjoy the Nam Vahn Lod Chong Dessert!
    Syrup:
Use 1 cup of white or brown sugar (as needed).
Add 2 to 3 blocks of palm sugar (as needed).
Mix with 1 cup of water.
Add a couple of pandan leaves for aroma.
    Warm-up Coconut Cream:
Use 1 can of coconut cream (14 fl. Oz. / 400 ml.).
Heat over medium-high heat until you see bubbles.
Turn off the heat and remove from the stove.
Enjoy this delightful dessert with the perfect balance of flavors!

Hi there. Just want to clear before I make this. We want 4 cups Pandan juice (from limewater +Pandan leaves) and 2 cups limewater, right? Does it have to be exact 4 cups Pandan limewater juice? Everyone extract/squeeze juice out differently.
