    Some temperature info would have been helpful. What was the temperature of the stone measured with an infrared thermometer?

    Nice job on stretching the dough. I have had the Arc XL for two weeks now and I love it. I upgraded from the Roccbox.

    Hi. The paint on your Arc XL is turning black. Will this wipe off and return to the normal colour?

    maybe say what you are actually doing instead of talking about the obvious. Like maybe what you are sprinkling on your dough and why you need to do that.....
