Your videos are nice but to me personally there is too much intrusive music. Sometimes it is better to hear the sounds of the town life etc. I notice rhat you end your vids now with a music another vlogger uses in the beginning. It is not a bad thing but... Love your very lovely voice and the way you describe and inform.
Hi Julia. Most of the time the footage for these videos is taken when owners and their family are around and they're having personal conversations, so for their privacy I choose to edit in one way or another, and that includes the music.
Most people really don't understand and will never know how chaotic it can be recording a video. As I have said in other similar comments, birds are not always chirping around.
As for what you said about other creator using the same music as I do, at the beginning of the video, do you understand how creators obtain music? It shouldn't surprise you that millions of creators use the same music service 🤷♀️
This house is beautiful. Perfect if you have elderly person in your family since it has only one level. I love that it has garden and that view of the sea 🥰 and if you have family or friends gathering, the backyard is the perfect place with the view.

Just goes to show you can never judge a property from the street. Average looking exterior but that interior was excellent. Finally a large sit-in kitchen and large dining/lounge room.
Plenty of extra space in the cantinas and love the off street parking and very large block of land with mature fruit trees.
Keep finding these great properties and doing some tours of the nearby towns.

Hi Felicia. Gardens are not very common in homes inside the town as space is limited, so this property is very rare 🤗
If I was able to do such things this the house I would go for. So many positives. Yes an extra bathroom would be nice, but everything else is strictly cosmetic. Those views are magnificent. I would swap the lounge and the bedroom for those views.
Oh wow! This is a wonderful home! I love the fruit tree orchard and all of the gardening space. The balcony and terrace with that view….!! … sigh…. And no stairs! Awesome.

Please always inform distances in kilometers, not minutes, it is more accurate. Also tell the numbers of inhabitants, shops, services in a town.

I prefer distance in time since in Km it depends on the speed limit so for the general public it would be more difficult to calculate.
Number of inhabitants and altitude are at the beginning of the video, so if you go back and watch it you will see that info there.
