Finally gave Files a go thanks to this video. It looks really fresh and the current Win10 one suddenly looked dated. Love the many different themes, and essentially the differing levels of translucency of the default look: Default (none), Acrylic (subtle), Mica (translucent), Glass (almost like digital water-ice sludge)

Even though this is very eye pleasing, sadly I will NEVER come back to windows again because of Microsoft and their policy towards users since windows 8. But I will make a similar theme for my Linux with kde desktop environment.

Charming and beautiful. But honestly, as a system administrator, I have so many windows open in my day to day that all that customization would not be useful or even viewable. The only thing you might find useful would be a completely redesigned file manager, because the Windows default is completely useless and ugly. It should be like MacOS Pathfinder, which was certainly a real useful file manager.

Few days ago i came looking for a rainmeter theme for my new lap, but when i started adding the widgets i could see it drop in performance so i unistalled everything and wished there was a theme that wasnt high use on the resources, boy you read my mind and u made this video just in time, ill try it soon and see how it performs, cheers ✌️

My rainmeter setup uses more widgets and consumes just 40mb of ram, 1 chrome tab uses more resources resources (and it's not even a joke)
@@MatheusH_Icefox I know that chrome is no joke, but my new lap has an intel pentium silver n5030 with just the integrated graphics and when i added weather animated widgets or music spectrum when i played from yt it wasnt as smooth as before when i tried to move any open window from side to side, so that was a no go for me since on my older lap i had for 12+ years that was an intel pentium p6200 but had a gt520m gpu had enough power to run decent, i dont have a dedicated gpu on this new one thats why i went without rainmeter.
