The go blu can support up to 24-bit, but it really depends on the codec your device is using as well as the Bluetooth version. Go Blu supports up to Bluetooth v5.1 and these codecs: AAC, SBC, aptX, aptX HD, aptXAdaptive, aptXLL, LDAC, LHDC/HWA
Bluetooth really sucks. Audio quality is quite good. I dont recommend to buy this item. Not worth for money. Before you buy just see some reviews first. Again for me i dont recommend to buy ifi go blu.

This unit realy neads the ldac or the aptx adaptive. I phone has aac only i dont know why
