No. I disagree that the travel guide is an “articulate class act.” He mispronounces many of the names of the towns and it hurts the ears of us locals to hear them.
Wow, Randy! Phenomenal work, once again! I've never even considered Michigan as a destination, but it looks absolutely gorgeous and I would really want to visit that observatory! Kisses for Bella!
Wow! Superior coverage-all those darling little cabins to rent; can’t wait to see the Old Grand Lady on Macinaw Island-great work! Mike and Jana, landlocked in hot TX
Another gem! Exellent job on capturing the beauty and spirit of Michigan. I’ve visited numerous times and this has me longing to get back. I didn’t miss the Journey reference either. Steve Perry move over! 😁
Prompts on the Mackinaw city t shirt. I have a home a block away from where you stayed in mackinaw. Thanks for highlighting the coolest place in Michigan. Traverse Petoskey Charlevoix pail in comparison.
I enjoyed watching these couple videos you did in northern Michigan. I've lived in Michigan from childhood through college and then moved back about 6 years ago. I live about 45 minutes south of Mackinaw. It's great to see positive impressions of this part of the state from people from other states.
Will be spending roughly 10 days in Michigan next year, and your videos are a huge help in helping me decide what to do. Much thanks! Also the water is absolutely gorgeous up there, I had no idea!
Hi Maria I hope my comment didn't sound as a form of privacy invasion your comment tells of a wonderful woman with a beautiful heart which led me to comment I don't normally write in the comment section but I think you deserve this complement. If you don’t mind can we be friends? Thanks God bless you….🌹🌹🌹🌹
This was so fun to watch. I have been to about everything you show on here. we stayed at the Inn at bay harbor last year. We visited the lovely places you showed ❤️thank you so much for this video. I shared it with everyone!
I hate to be a buzzkill but you missed a northwest Michigan gem. The Legs Inn restaurant in Cross Village has great Polish food and is an amazing place to see the sunset. Take the Tunnel of Trees, M119, north out of Harbor Springs. It's a beautiful 40 minute drive that's well worth it.
Omg I did this same trip. I loved it. Yes I also messed around with the soldiers in the woods. You made me laugh. I thought I was only only one who did that. I recommend going to the upper peninsula also.
Excellent video. I liked. As I see, you like chocolate!!!! I must invite you to taste Belgian or Swiss chocolate (best chocolate in the world). Thank you for sharing this moment of pleasure with us.
We stayed on the Island in 2016 and loved it. As far as the fudge we liked JoAnn's over Murdick's. Murdick's has been around longer, but JoAnn's is smoother. Didn't get to try Ryba's.
Must add too that the helicopter tours in Traverse City are awesome as well. Look up TC helicopters, they have flights in the helicopter all around Traverse City.
Love your channel. I have a question. Watching this video I didn't see any mention of the tremendous number of wineries and wine trail there. Reason why you don't highlight them??
Outstanding footage, beautiful and informative video, Michigan is now on my bucket list! What did Bella have to say about Lady? Maybe Bella can get tips too lol!

So you show all around Mackinaw city and you don't show the area's largest campground, Mackinaw Millcreek? It has been voted Michigan's best campground.
We love Mackinaw City, we been traveling there for 25+ years. However; the last five years they quality of lodging has declined, and last year we determined was our last year we would spend any money on lodging in Mackinaw City, ( which is a substantial amount of our vacation budget!). We will be lodging elsewhere in the area, and much of our business will go to particular businesses not owned by the same owners of the motels and many of the businesses in town. This and coupled with the human trafficking we are beginning to hear about on the island and possibly in MC, I cannot in good conscience be a part of that. Local officials need to address these issues before they let it destroy the tourist industry there!
Thankyou, Yea I looked it up, and it seemed to be half the people say one way, the other half the other way, so I think I said alittle of both in the video.
@@TampaAerialMedia Couldnt care less, I dont work in tourism and neither does anyone i know. But I still have to deal with the out of town assholes who litter, tear up the roads with their side by sides and snowmobiles and treat the locals like shit.
@@TampaAerialMedia Matter of fact is was just last week, my area was on the national news because a local restaurant closed their doors early because of the abusive treatment of the "wonderful visitors".
The narrator needs to learn the correct pronunciations of the area. It’s irksome to us locals to hear the names of our towns, etc., get butchered in the spoken word.
Finally day arrived to watch beautiful UP videos. Happy Sunday.
My wife and I love this production company’s output. The travel guide is an articulate class act!
Yes it's the Best IMO.
Thankyou Angelo, that is very nice of you
Thankyou Chad

I love your videos. I'm from Michigan myself and my girlfriend is from Harbor Springs.
what a great place to be from
This is my home town region. I miss it and hope to move back come retirement
I didn’t know that lake life can be this amazing. Michigan now is considered a coastal state in my book.
Yep it should
I would hope so with over 3000 miles of coastline here. :)
We did a similar trip last year, very surprised how beautiful Northern Michigan is. Sleeping Bear dunes and Glenn Arbor was a nice visit also.
Thankyou Mike

Yep I've heard about Begian Chocolate, probably would be better than anything in the US
Never visited,hopefully someday,Cool!

Great video! Such a fun and beautiful area! Visited years ago! I was surprised to see that you ate the jerk pork. I thought you were a vegetarian.
I like to eat as healthy as possible, mostly like vegetarian meals, but not opposed to eating meat
Must add too that the helicopter tours in Traverse City are awesome as well. Look up TC helicopters, they have flights in the helicopter all around Traverse City.
I'll bit the helicopter tours are absolutely beautiful there.
I’ve eaten at Stafford’s a few times when I go home to visit family
Love your channel. I have a question. Watching this video I didn't see any mention of the tremendous number of wineries and wine trail there. Reason why you don't highlight them??
Just not enough time but yes I should have
22:33 I'm only 26 and I'm already "getting old" and hate crowds haha
Outstanding footage, beautiful and informative video, Michigan is now on my bucket list! What did Bella have to say about Lady? Maybe Bella can get tips too lol!
Yea, Bella said she liked Lady but said "don't ask me to get money like that"

Hey Randy! Best cherries in the world! Did you get a chance to go to Biggbys coffee? ☕
No I didn't, is that in Traverse City

Nice
Try Marshall's. It's the best.
I live on beaver island 🥰
wow, pretty cool, wished I would of had footage of that island
So you show all around Mackinaw city and you don't show the area's largest campground, Mackinaw Millcreek? It has been voted Michigan's best campground.
We would had we known...We will show Mill Creek Discovery Park
Are you a fellow vet by chance?
Yes I am, Marine Corps

Great video. And, it is pronounced TRAverse, not TraVERSE. Emphasis on the first syllable.
Thankyou, Yea I looked it up, and it seemed to be half the people say one way, the other half the other way, so I think I said alittle of both in the video.
Been there done that and go an overpriced tee shirt to probe it.
As a resident of this area, please DONT. we are so tired of jerks, people who litter, horrible drivers and oh yeah, JERKS!
Well your business owners rely on the tourists, although yes they should be respectful
@@TampaAerialMedia Couldnt care less, I dont work in tourism and neither does anyone i know. But I still have to deal with the out of town assholes who litter, tear up the roads with their side by sides and snowmobiles and treat the locals like shit.

Just as if the Pontiac & war of 1812 had never happened... (That's why the fort was "rebuilt" and the sport of lacrosse was weponised

So what town were you referring to?
lol agreed. But what do you do
Taste of Asia blows.
Maybe trip a trip to Disney World ruclips.net/video/y3pLi7ePyeY/видео.html
