But let me explain why this happened. After the separation from Pakistan, most of the state of bangal ( east Pakistan) army officers were trained by West Pakistan army. Pakistan army officers are trained and taught to be loyal to their homeland, there were unhappy Officers after the separation and was blaming Mujeeb's for the separation from the west. Also lives of bangla people changed for worse after 1971, did not improve much, while at that West Pak was developing very fast and even was ahead of India at that time in development, West Pakistani were getting richer compared to now Bangladesh and India. Also intelligence reports proved that many of Bangladesh army officers were still in contact with Pak army officers in Pakistan, they needed to punish Mujeeb for TREASON. So you got the answer why it happened to Mujeeb. From the west Pakistan side, no body ever thought why BHUTTO family is being killed until now. so let me tell you this as well. Ayub Khan (Pak Army chief), few other high command Generals ( Gen Niazi) in Pak Army and Bhutto was to blame for bad treatment of their our Bangla brothers. In 1971 election Mujeeb should have been a PM of Pakistan NOT BHUTTO , cos Awami league won the majority election. But BHUTTO can not accept that win . BHUTTO asked the help of Pak Army and he got it, he should not have received that help. So when they refused to give a PM job to Mujeeb ( who was a patriotic Pakistani and loved Pak and played a role in 1947 for Pakistan independence against British and India's Congress) , also he tried to keep the name Pakistan for east Pakistan after separation after separation would happen. So after many years in 1979 BHUTTO was punished and he was shot in jail before even hanging , his sons killed and then in 2007 Benazair. His wife exiled. Ayub Khan family was never allowed to play a vital role in Pakistan politics until now. India on the other took advantage in a negative Way and became a forever enemy of west Pakistan as a result of 1971 interference during war. So all the people who played a part were punished and history tell us and have proven it

A horrific tragedy happened to Mujeeb's family in East Pak as BHUTTO family in West Pak, I am sorry.
First all, no one considers sheikh Mujeeb a traitor to Pakistan who knew the history, he was a truly patriotic Pakistani.Only India, and BHUTTO and few west Pakistani Army officers portrait him as a traitor for their own gains.
But let me explain why this happened. After the separation from Pakistan, most of the state of bangal ( east Pakistan) army officers were trained by West Pakistan army. Pakistan army officers are trained and taught to be loyal to their homeland, there were unhappy Officers after the separation and was blaming Mujeeb's for the separation from the west. Also lives of bangla people changed for worse after 1971, did not improve much, while at that West Pak was developing very fast and even was ahead of India at that time in development, West Pakistani were getting richer compared to now Bangladesh and India.
Also intelligence reports proved that many of Bangladesh army officers were still in contact with Pak army officers in Pakistan, they needed to punish Mujeeb for TREASON. So you got the answer why it happened to Mujeeb.
From the west Pakistan side, no body ever thought why BHUTTO family is being killed until now.
so let me tell you this as well.
Ayub Khan (Pak Army chief), few other high command Generals ( Gen Niazi) in Pak Army and Bhutto was to blame for bad treatment of their our Bangla brothers.
In 1971 election Mujeeb should have been a PM of Pakistan NOT BHUTTO , cos Awami league won the majority election. But BHUTTO can not accept that win . BHUTTO asked the help of Pak Army and he got it, he should not have received that help.
So when they refused to give a PM job to Mujeeb ( who was a patriotic Pakistani and loved Pak and played a role in 1947 for Pakistan independence against British and India's Congress) , also he tried to keep the name Pakistan for east Pakistan after separation after separation would happen. So after many years in 1979 BHUTTO was punished and he was shot in jail before even hanging , his sons killed and then in 2007 Benazair. His wife exiled. Ayub Khan family was never allowed to play a vital role in Pakistan politics until now.
India on the other took advantage in a negative Way and became a forever enemy of west Pakistan as a result of 1971 interference during war.
So all the people who played a part were punished and history tell us and have proven it
